Even though i asked the questions such as, "Are the military part of this scoping directive?" and they said, "NO" this is not on record.    And although, I asked the question, "is Nuclear Power part of the scoping?" and they said "No!" this too is not on record.  

Your opinion is important because having the experience with multi hearings with the military in Waianae, trust me everything changed.  Besides the moderator that suppressed our voices figured out a way to make money of this ten years.  Anaelle Amaral had an agenda and that was money and greed.  That was the climatic of ten years of hard work staying on top of the concerns on nuclear isotopes contamination in Waianae.  

It is the Department of Energy problem to monitor nuclear isotopes in all of the Pacific.
