At last nights meeting the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Trustee Colette Machado--Lady Gaga Exorcist  thought she was in the land of ignorance.  Sadly, the entire OHA staff, gave a scheme  performance of down-right-intended-to-! One lacks the reasons that our children will have to bear the brunt of having to volunteer their lives to pay off the debts of these 'ill' contract agreements between the contractors and the contracting parties.  OHA's myopia will cause serious problems for our future generations to solve.  Lacking history and contemporary decision making --Colette Machado rumbled bubbles into nothingness to run the clock!  Peter Apo did his 1978 spill to the insignificane of people living on Hawaiian Homestead.  To the bone, Bill Meheula tried to surface out of the kanaka abyss to launch his career goals with Alexander and Baldwin.  In truth, I support his goals--he is deserving of a corporation earnings instead of slavery!  One would ask why should Waianae be the future land of Hawaii's prison community?  Our Waianae children have raced to the top in their math scores, so what, if their reading comprehension suck's, whose fault is it?  Language Art's teachers should be fired--forget the evaluations!  Our children deserve to go to college not prison.  The given at last night was 'superfund' clean up of the Kaka'ako landfill.  I do believe their is no nuclear isotopes in the area because it's all out here in Waianae.  From my vantage point of views there is a high probability that the land has lead contamination along with other hard chemicals.  Too much content to absorb in one night--one would have to study their information packet for a full understanding of this project. Is the 'Public Land Trust Proposed Settlement a lemon, a porthole of future problems and a basket of bad contract deals?  Besides the fact that Waianae is gods country--I don't live in fairy land.

A lemon it is.  This settlement is riddled with clean-up and as is contract agreements that will take 10 to 20 years or more to level the real estate plain field.  These contracts agreed to contracts 'as is' can misguide all new contracts  in developers deep pockets.  That's just the start--one should be aware of the area and the-dollar-a-year rent which is so shocking!

The blinding light of a fools game warranted a clean sweep of OHA trustees at the voting poles.  Their was lack of understanding as to who was in the audience the area they were in and the expectations that they were in the land of ignorance.  OHA trustees are selling their wish list of sorts to people in hopes that no intelligent question would be asked.  Given that I was at the Native Hawaiian State and Federal Task Force Commissioners meetings, I was aghast that non of the OHA trustees understood 'density' and how it was written into HCDA policy.  We, those of us on Hawaiian Homestead are to be given 10% of the overall project.  That was set by OHA Trustee Rod Burgess and Bob Fukuda with the Reagan Commission.  I just didn't get at last night's meeting that an OHA Trustee said "we Hawaiian Homesteaders had no voice on at this meeting" insanity!  There is myself and two others that are still yet alive--we attended those hard pressed meetings held at Department of Hawaiian Homestead!

The writing was on the wall that OHA is in way over their heads with a lemon with bad contractual deals.  It's the dollar a year that should have everyone up in arms including the general public.  The 'deeds' set the precedent and I don't believe it says that the University of Hawaii owns the shoreline fishing rights--but that is definitely in the making.

In trying to conclude this mess OHA would receive $1.1 million revenues and $235 thousand for expenses.  What is wrong with this picture?  A single family home on the big island I'm told is $6 million.  Even if I am off the mark--we should soon all be selling lemon aid in front of our homes  to help pay for the the future expense of this settlement.  Ugh!
