The Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape, the Powhatan Renape, and the Ramapough Lenape Indian Nation, would be an important source, only because they already went through a similar process.  This document is available to read if one wants to read up on the problems with 'recognition' and state to tribe relationship. 

 

This recognition in our opinions will not work for our people, but may those few that needed the attention.  One needs to read the information that is available to read on cyber space. 

 

This does feel like the aftermath of the OHA elections.  But, we didn't have the internet to do our own research. 

 

We have a lot of work to do to service our people with the how come and why they can't access the many things that we once had and had gotten colonized!  And to prevent many more losses in the entire Hawaiian

  • I walked away from the OHA election soon after it's elections and did other things to preserve our cultur practices--such as artwork, going back to college, and purchasing a home on DHHL of course,  But, nothing came easy there was a lot of push and pull to gain normalcy.
