Just do the math people, the last bus was at 10:15 Pm. There was suppose to be no one at that bus stop. Secondly, this particular bus stop is inland. Lastly, he drove three miles down the road to a 7-eleven and cleared the entire road way and into a driveway to park the car at a convenient store?
But who is going to investigate this down to the seconds from point A to point B.
This is a crime scene with intent to kill or he smashed his car for the insurance. It's too bad he used his nieces party for his evil malice! He has no remorse for what he did.
The Brown family although discounted by the State of Hawaii, they are still yet part of the general public and deserve justice! The Judge should do the right thing and cut this 'evil' out of society.
I am heart sick! I use to see this family at Keeau's beach park. About three years ago they were all huddled at Keeau's restroom. Mom was pregnant. It was raining windy and cold. I inquired with the other housless about them, and everyone said they were okay.
I was at Keeau's a few hours before the accident checking on the stress levels of the eviction. I was sharing with my friends that there are deaths before, during and after sweeps.
Ashton Brown was across the street in the bushes setting up his pop tent. It's about a 4x6 feet tent set up in a 20x20 clearing across the bus stop next to a stream.
And the nearest restroom would be down the road at Makaha Beach. Where the famous Duke Kahanamoku surfing contest spot was once held. Chief Abner Paki once owned the area until Bishop husband to Bernice Pauahi sold it!
