The list is endless when it comes to banishment...it speaks to who the hell cares about organizations that can't get their act together.  Hey, birth and death are two final things that are certain to happen!

Gathering rights, was never my research item at least not until now.  When some said "I got into a pissing match with a fisherman"--I said "okay let's seek out the information and action."  The action is that men in Hawaii want to fish while standing on shore.  I say cool!

However, the governing entities say's--"yeah and you gottah do it my way."  You need to come to the shores as a means to procreate.  Haole style of procreation on the shore.  Remember, I said 'birth' which begins with Anglo-Saxon style of romance and all that stuff.

On the otherhand, and from a native gather'er's point of view on generations of practice, I have come to know death at the sea shore.  The Hawaiians or the first people are always conscious of death while fishing.  Safety and systems are always conscious in their minds.  And because it is an 'heredity' practice, it's always grandfather said this...and grandmother did this... . I don't remember the romantic stuff as being our elder's concern.  I think they did that sex stuff at home, in the same place where the grandchildren was born.  I know that's what happened to my dad, to me and all my siblings.  We were born at home.  But, I have heard the elders talk about, birthing in the ocean shore or in a steam on a particular rock.  It was a neat thing to hear.

Anglo-Saxons don't get that procreation at the shores and that is their practice.  We should not step into their sunset shoes of recreation.  Instead, the visiting people should step into our shoes and respect our heritage.  And that is to go Holoholo within reason, and continue the practice of respect to our ancestors and their land.  Or, expect to be banish from our ancestors land.  This is the bottom line to banishing and should only be a tune to the two things--birth and death.
