What PASH is according to the Hawaii Supreme Court:

Going to jail, changing laws (fluxing) to meet political agendas, and paying thousands of dollar amounts as a means of threat by authorities.

Traditions can be compared with other Pacific Islanders that practice customarily and traditionally exercised for subsistence, cultural and religious purposes.  In other words ask permission or questions from all known persons in the area.  And too get confuse, but stay on tract with why you access.  I pray first as my ancestors did (to whom my business) and not expecting you to do the same.  But, no harm in praying too.  We not lost our ancestors voice still whisper in our ears.  Up to you if you like listen.

Don't get tired to practice and access the Kai, just keep doing it over and over and over that is all what we can do until the children of the world wake up to the fact that they need to grow up and take care of their mother earth.  Quit studying the practice just do it for subsistence.
