Kamehameha Schools aka's ARE NOT the Alodio/Ano Alodial Title Owners - The Royal Families ARE!

Greetings!
As one of the descendants/heirs of Kalaniopuu, Kamehameha, Kaumualii, Kalola - next of kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, descendant/heir of Akahi, Nuuanu,Mataio Kekuanaoa who was heir of Victoria Kamamalu, John Young, Isaac Davis, Grace Kamaikui et. als., heir of Miriam Kekauonohi, et. als., it has come to our attention that you are claiming lands, assets belonging to our families.
The facts of the matter is that we, our Royal Families are the Alodio/Alodial land owners.  The Trustees designated as Trustees from 1884 were Not the alodio owners.  The Trustees since are Not the alodio owners.  The entity Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools aka's are Not the Alodio/Ano Alodial owners.  They were in actuality Aliens and eligible to obtain only Fee Simple, or less than alodio ownership, and due to the treasonous activities as well, the entity Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools aka's. (The Trustees including Charles Reed Bishop were conspirators and assisted in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.)
Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani in 1897 and her 40,000 subjects.  To date 21,000+ signatures were found by Noenoe Silva at the National Archives/Maryland.  The 1897 Opposition made by Queen Liliuokalani which is also referred to as the "Red Ribbon Document" was found by Kilikina Kekumano.

1845 - 1846 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli passed Section IV:  "all aliens shall, as in Great Britain and the United States of America continue to be under the disabilities:  ....3.  They are not able to acquire any allodial or fee simple estate in lands"....

1849 - 1850 -  Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed and ratified the Treaty with the United States of America.  It is a permanent Friendship and Amity Treaty signed by Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and the United States of America's President Taylor.

1850 - Fee Simple allowed with strings attached.  The Judicial Tribunal would determine who would receive lands, etc.

1851 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's speech shows two types of deeds, ano alodio/alodial to his subjects, etc. and fee simple for the Aliens (foreigners, haole).

1865 - American Civil War ended.  U.S., England, and France were bankrupt.  

Confederate generals were given a choice of serving time in prison or work on assignments.  There were about five (5) American Civil War generals, etc. assigned to Hawaii.

An example was C.C. Harris who became a Judge in the courts.  C.C. Harris also became a Trustee of Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha.

1871 -  The bankers made a Secret Constitution.  Note:  the 1849-1850 Treaty locked in the U.S. Constitution and not applicable to the secret constitution of the bankers.  See:  Karen Hudes, Vladimir Putin, Alana Fleischmann's article referenced below.

1872 - Sandford B. Dole article, "Thirty Days of Hawaiian History" wrote that Kamehameha V was "the last of the Kamehameha's."

1885 -  Supreme Court made rules and claimed they were laws.

1893 - The Committee of Safety formed, premeditation to dethrone the Queen was made by the United States, U.S. President Benjamin Harrison, et. als.

1897 - Opposition to Annexation made by Queen Liliuokalani and her subjects/Patriots of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

1898 - War with Spain was made.  Some of the financing were pirated/pillaged from the Kingdom of Hawaii's funds.  The criminal Plundering Upon Innocents continued.

Note:  Spain questioned the Republic of Hawaii if they would be a neutral government, and the answer was 'no'.

Also note that Japan's ship was in the Honolulu Harbor at the time of the crimina dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani and questioned the Americans, etc.

1900 -  The Army, Navy and Federal officials took part in developing the Territory of Hawaii government.

1903 - The Land Court System was formed.

Note:  Land Court Case 1227 shows that the Trustees claimed to be the owners of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Under the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees - see Liber 142/142. 
1912 -  The Pa Pelekane case, documents that the 'Territory (which became the State of Hawaii) was the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii'.  See HAWAII REPORTS, Volume 21, Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii or the Supreme Court Law Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
1915 -  The usurpers placed Queen Liliuokalani back on the throne, and she became "Queen for a Day".  She signed some illegal contracts while under duress.  She was made to recognize Balboa as having "discovered" the Islands, and recognize the Flag Day for the Pan Pacific group which evolved into the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
1918 - Aliens/Usurpers of the Pan Pacific group set up rules granting themselves the right to purchase Hawaiian lands, etc.  The Pan Pacific group became the Hawaiian Tourism Authority.
Note:  World Wars I and II financed by the piracy, pillaging of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nations funds to War against Innocents/Plunder Upon Innocents in the World.
1959 - Hawaii became the claimed 50th State through U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower Executive Order.
        - Opposition to Statehood was made by former educator Harold Abel Cathcart.  He was one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs.  His testimony was presented in the court of Samuel King, descendant of treasonous person James King who helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Harold Abel Cathcart's cousin was Mele Keawe/Mele Kauweloa who was also a Kamehameha descendant/heir.  She was one of Kamehameha III's great grandchildren.
2016 - 714 Pirates, pillagers, genocide activists, racketeers, treasonous persons, etc. were found guilty by the Judicial Tribunal of the Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom/ Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago based on the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America's President Zachary Taylor.
The Kamehameha Schools aka's were listed with Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, et. als.  All were dispossessed and notices sent to U.S. President Obama by email and certified return-receipt requested mail.
SUMMARY
The Royal Families exists including myself Amelia Gora, one of the descendants/heirs of Kalaniopuu from four (4) of his children, Kamehameha from four (4) of his children and two (2) of his hanai/adopted children, Kaumualii's two (2) children, Kalola's descendant/heir through her son and her hanai/adopted daughter - Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop, descendant/heir of Akahi (w) who was the last wife of Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku, et. als.
Our Royal Families are the Kingdom of Hawaii based on being members of the two (2) permanent parts of the government:  (1)  Sovereign - heirs and successors and (2) House of Nobles - heirs and successors of the original selected group who were all related to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
The third part (3) were the House of Representatives, a voted in, temporary group which turned treasonous and usurped Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The entity State of Hawaii, which evolved from the planned Territory of Hawaii, are documented identity thieves, imposters and legally are not a government but a pirate, pillaging, racketeering entity, etc.  These entities are Not related to our Royal Families and have been supporting the role of more pirates including the Kamehameha Schools aka's over time obtaining wealth belonging to our Royal Families.
Note:  The Tilden Trust, a Case in the U.S. Supreme Court shows that Trustees cannot be heirs/owners of the Trust that it is maintaining.  The Case is a case precedence for Trusts.
An important point is that I, Amelia Gora, am one of the alodio/ano alodio title owners and the Kamehameha Schools, et. als. Trustees, etc. are not related to our Royal Families and the entities are Aliens who cannot own alodio/ano alodio titles.
We hold the evidence of alodio/ano alodio ownership, the history, genealogies, laws, etc.
The Judicial Tribunal of the Kingdom of Hawaii did document the Kamehameha Schools, et. als. as pirates, pillagers, treasonous persons/entities, racketeering, conspirators based on the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America.
Our Royal Families have the evidence of ownership, genealogies, laws, 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America and are the legal owners to all lands wrongfully and criminally claimed by the Kamehameha Schools aka's/entity, et. als.
Additionally, the entity Territory, turned State of Hawaii claimed to be the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" and perpetuated identity theft, imposters claiming to be a government when they are operating and living a lie, perpetuating frauds, deceit, supporting those who have been criminally claiming alodio/ano alodial lands when they are Not related to our Royal Families and have caused injuries, war crimes against our neutral, friendly nation supported by the United States, et. als., a bankrupt nation who can no longer treaty, etc.
There are no taxes that can be collected on Alodio/Ano Alodial lands as documented by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Rents and Leases shall be forwarded to our Kamehameha accounts and Not to the Kamehameha Schools aka's.
Rents and Leases for the use of our lands which includes downtown Honolulu's lands are to be forwarded to our Sovereign Trusts which will go to our Royal Family members who can show their genealogies connecting to our named Alii/Alii Nui Kalaniopuu, Kamehameha, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Kaumualii et. als.

The documented claim by the Territory which became/evolved into the State of Hawaii to be the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" is a Fraud, a deception, Criminal Conversion because of Identity Theft of Our Nation.  The State of Hawaii is an entity which has been riding on our families and have caused injuries, War Crimes, Genocide, etc.  The State of Hawaii is an entity, a non living, breathing without DNA/genes and are not related to the Royal Families.  Their criminal claims have been used to assume assets, lands, mineral rights, etc. without granted authority, jurisdiction, and a planned deception with those who premeditated the criminal dethronement of our Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and have criminally assumed our Treasuries/trusts which includes the Kingdom of Hawaii Trust Funds.  Evidence of this is by a recently arrested kanaka maoli who paid his bond of $350 and the Judge determined that the bail money should be returned.  The money was returned via a check from 'The Kingdom of Hawaii Trust Funds'.   Important to note that the Royal Families exists, members who are parts of the "Hawaiian Government" a Constitutional Monarchy government with two (2) permanent parts of the government 1) Sovereign - his heirs and successors (all related); and the House of Nobles - their heirs and successors.  The third part was a temporary, voted in group called the House of Representatives.  Fraud, piracy(ies), pillaging, racketeering, conspiracies, treason, etc. is recorded.  Additionally, the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America is:  Article I.  "There shall be perpetual peace and amity between the United States and the King of the Hawaiian Islands, his heirs and his successors."  As one of the members of the Royal Families, I deny that the entity Territory which became the State of Hawaii is part of our Royal Family members.  I, Amelia Gora, also deny their right to use our Kingdom of Hawaii Trust Funds, lands, etc.  Additionally, premeditation to assume the Kingdom of Hawaii can be seen at the following links:
