  • They were all so beautiful and fitting in with the surroundings brought back some memories. You had the best view so I trust your evaluation on horsemanship, presence and poise. I was caught up at the lawn with the names of those kupuna that signed the Ku'e petitions and answered many questions; so I did get distracted. Auwe no ho'i e! LOL... I did get to see them up close while they posed for photos in front of the palace steps.

I wish they would keep this route annually and Waikiki can have the Aloha Week Festival parade. LOL....

Mahalo for being there and all you do. It was great seeing you there with the flags and paraphernalia you regularly display. I hope it was a good day for you.

    • ALOHA Mai, e Tane, I fully support that the Kamehameha Day Parade annually end at the Iolani Palace. I have already told some involved with the parade of keeping the parade ending at Iolani Palace. As you
say, let the ALOHA WEEK FESTIVAL parade go to Waikiki. Long Live The Hawaiian Kingdom, o Pomai
