KAMAKE`EAINA Ohana

We currently have on the main tree almost 6,700 individuals. Of these 150 are KAMAKE`EAINA ohana members all related to KELIIWAIHOIKEONE and KAUMUKUMU and who are direct descendants of Kamake`eaina KELIIWAIHOIKEONE and Kailikalakala HILIPALAHA. If you carry the surname of KAMAKE`EAINA or are directly related to the ohana, I would like to work with you to get you involved in the Geni.com family tree project and to assist in researching more information on KELIIWAIHOIKEONE and KAUMUKUMU to see if we can push the bloodlines beyond these two individuals. I would also like to work with you to gather digital copies of all existing birth, death, marriage, divorce and other vital records in an effort to build a digital library which over time will be stored in a seperate Kamake`eaina ohana only website. These documents are important in determining genealogy and can also assist other members of the ohana in their quests for Hawaiian Homestead and other important needs they may have. You can either add onto this thread, send me a private message, or email me at kamakeeainaohana@yahoo.com. Mahalo nui loa and a hui hou; Kawika Kolomona Kamakeeaina
