Sai has many good points; however,

I beg to differ because Identity theft issues are documented. The Territory in Hawaii in 1912 claimed themselves to be the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii - and they are Not related to the Royal Families.

The Territory of Hawaii became the State of Hawaii based on 37% of citizens voting for Statehood. 63% did not participate and the U.S. President Eisenhower signed an Executive Order making Hawaii a State.

One of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs named Harold Abel Cathcart opposed Statehood. Cathcart answered the legal notice posted by the United States. My own great grandmother was his cousin and she assisted Cathcart in genealogies.

Samuel King, descendant of usurper of Queen Liliuokalani named James King, took Harold Abel Cathcart's opposition and disregarded his genealogy, etc. claims.

Summary

The "game players" are the "heirs and successors" of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who did engage in the Treaty of 1849/50 of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America.

The Treaty spells it out.

The genealogies reveal who the "game players" are.

The Prime Minister appointed by Kamehameha was Kalaimoku. Kalaimoku became the step father of all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and adopted children because he married one of Kamehameha's widows named Keopuolani. She was the true mother of Liholiho/Kamehameha II, Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III, and Nahienaena. She was also the step mother of Kalaniopuu's six (6) children, Kaumualii's nine (9) children, and the three (3) hanai/adopted children of Isaac Davis who was adopted by their grandfather John Young, Kamehameha, and Kamehameha III/ Kauikeaouli.

Keanu Sai, Williamson Chang, and Leon Siu are correct in pointing out important points to be used in resolving issues and part of the education includes addressing points from within an already recognized government/the Hawaiian Kingdom aka's and from all the "game players" those on the legal contracts, advisors, friends, many concerned who all carry evidence of injuries inherited from our ancestors.

Education is truly one of the keys in making corrections from the 122+ years of wrongs, hurts, injuries suffered by Hawaiian Patriots, supporters of Queen Liliuokalani, subjects, families, friends of our neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, other nations recognized as the Pacific Empire, etc.

Issues unresolved includes the matter of Stewart Island which was claimed to have been annexed by Kamehameha IV. p.s. In reviewing some of the Treaties with other nations you will find that some of Treaties reveal that the "game players" are the subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom, etc. It depends on each Treaty.
