The Human Resources Manager serves as the advisor and manager of the organization's full-service human resources management program.
Minimum requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in business administration, personnel and industrial relations, human resources management or a related field. Five years experience with human resources management functional areas. Two years of managerial experience involving the planning, organizing and directing of a full-service human resources management program. In addition, the position requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a variety of communication settings to a variety of audiences.
