He tells it like it is about the U.S.A.

Listen carefully to what he says and he's correct.

More reasons whay the U.S. must de-occupy our country.

A breath of fresh air.

A reality check on the New World Order.

We're at a turning point...but it's up to

  • So far, everyone has been putting in good comments. Recognizing the problems and its sources; understanding them; and working on solutions and inducing actions and awareness.

Maika'i no and mahalo for all your input.

  • Mahlo Kalani,
I teach transition everyday. My transition education are for adults and usually they are stuck and find the world around as dredging through mud. By the end of my class, students make the difference between putting food on the table and their voice.
  • Except if the U.S. leaves so will their checks that some who are receiving (social security, disability, government pensions, welfare, food stamps, etc.) while saying that the U.S. should leave while under their breath they are cashing these checks by the illegal occupiers. Those hypocrits will be saying goodbye/aloha to their checks too. Are THEY prepared to do so?
    • Evidently you don't understand the the laws of occupation. Being forced into the U.S. Assimilation, much of what you stated, people have been forced to invest their time and money to the occupier. There is such a thing as restitution, reparation, and restoration.

That's not hypocritical as you judge us to be. It is due to them that qualify for them. The U.S. has an obligation to make up for the devastaion, lies, fraud and deceit. It is the U.S. who's violated the laws of nations, occupation, and neutrality; it is the one that created the situation and did it to us. They will have to pay the piper; not us.

Get it straight! That argument is very frivolous and nonsensical. Crime pays; and the U.S. is obligated to pay for its crimes. I hope you re-think this argument as it doesn't hold water.
      • Aloha kaua e Tane.

I don't know exactly who is receiving checks from the U.S. I don't know if you are. I'm not. Except for being on welfare from ages 6 til 9 I have never rec'd checks from the federal government to live. However there are some Hawaiians/oiwi who say one thing then DO another.

For those who are asking for the U.S. deoccupy are they prepared to say Goodbye to their checks from the feds while they say goodbye to the feds?

I doubt it. Some people say one thing then do another that is radially opposed to what they are saying. Their actions speak louder than their loud words.

Two things I despise are 1) Hypocrits and 2) Those who lie whether Hawaiian/oiwi or non-Hawaiian/non-oiwi.

I prefer truth over lies... honesty over deception. For those who say that the U.S. deoccupy while receiving checks from them must be prepared to have their checks from the U.S. deoccupy too. Are THEY prepared for that? It has everything to do with the deoccupation of the U.S.

Once they deoccupy... so will their checks.

That means start growing your own food (i.e. vegetables,) ho'oikaika kino by walking and working out so one is not relying on pills, etc. BE prepared for the checks from the Feds to stop. This is not frivolous or nonsensical. It is reality. Once they deoccupy Ko Hawai'i Pae Aina... so will their check... so BE prepared.

        E malama pono.
        • You still don't get it. Eventually, the Kingdom will take over the problems created by the U.S. Reality is reparations and restitution.

When we work, we pay federal and state taxes. If you want to be hard-ball about it; then the U.S. must reimburse all that they have taken out of our labor. All U.S. citizens and military will be evicted and they can go to their government for reimbursement of any property they have purchased. As foreigners, they would have to pay taxes to the Kingdom if they remain and to acquire visas.

You seem to have an idea that Hawai'i was a backward country of tribal people; when in fact, it was a vey modern, progressive country and one of the moset richest per capita nations in the world during its heyday before the U.S. invasion and belligerent occupation.

We had the first socialized medicine program in the world. Many criminal things occurred since the belligerent occupation and systematically, many native Hawaiians were displaced off of their lands.

There is a process for de-occupation which the U.S. is obligated to perform to restabilize our government and society. The process doesn't happen overnight; but the correcting of the situation will be immediate. Foreign investments work both ways and those that paid into social security are still covered.

It's not cut and dry as you are depicting. The U.S. is obligated to the "protected people" it has injured. The "hostile occupiers/settlers" will have to decide on their citizenship whether to naturalize /emigrate to the Kingdom or remain U.S. Citizens and plan for relocating back to their country.

Even the U.S. must give their citizens time to make the arrangements to relocate and assist them due to its fraudulant actions. There will be a transition period everyone must go through. Insurance and financial institutions are global; not just national.

So, I don't worry about those things, especially when the U.S. gives Israel 16 billion dollars annually for being a good ally. The U.S. needs to keep a good relation with the Kingdom of Hawai'i. We are the injured nation-state and the U.S. is the perpetrator of the crimes.
          • Aloha kaua e Tane.

In other words some people want the U.S. to deoccupy but do not want the checks from the U.S. to deoccupy and will make excuses to somehow "justify" continuing to cash their checks.

If one advocates deoccupation be prepared for them to leave. Now!

My point being do NOT rely on America. Rely on ONESELF and one's family close and extended. That is sustAINAbility. That is self reliance like how Ko Hawai'i Pae Aina IS. They no rely on America and/or on Americans for do what Hawaiians/oiwi have been doing for centuries. They also no make excuses.

That is if people do not rely on America do NOT rely on their checks. Start NOW.

For example start growing your own vegetables asap

            http://www.squarefootgardening.com

Start out small. DO NOT WAIT FOR AMERICA TO DO IT FOR YOU.

            E malama pono.
          • Mahalo e Tane for this explanation, because I've heard the same questions actually of which I didn't know how to answer because I don't know how or what was discussed with various groups as to how these things or changes or "transitions" (probably more appropriate word) could happen.

That's something I think we all should learn about, the process of deoccupation and what that entails, and I think once people understand that, they'll probably feel better about wanting the US to deoccupy versus feeling secured under the USA's blanket.
            • When a criminal commits unlawful and illegal actions like felonious theft, that criminal must return the property to the rightful owner in the shape it was in or better when it was initially stolen. Punitive damages are in order. If the property was stolen then destroyed or lost, restitution and reparations become a necessity.

Sadly, most are looking for a guarantee of a status quo environment. They are afraid of losing the accustomed, acquired lifestyle they are living and not knowing what the future will bring them.

This is a continuance of a "Kakou" thing when all work together to create a positive and beneficial climate for all of its citizens and guests/visitors within its territory.

Isn't it interesting that some are afraid of breaking the cycle of abuse like historical violence in the family; while others attempt to break it and put an end to the abuse; determined not to pass on that disfunction to their children?

This is a similar dynamic we are facing with trying to correct the situation. We understand and feel what is right and what is wrong; thus try to address it for everyone's benefit. That's what ho'oponopono is all about; to set right for everyone concerned.

In life there are no guarantees; thus we make the best of the situation and try within our power to improve it.
