Greetings,

 

On March 13, 2015, the Tenth Judicial Tribunal Meeting was held.  The Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom met and determined that the individuals listed below were guilty of " murder, piracy,arson, robbery, forgery or the utterance of forged paper,committed within the jurisdiction of either," as documented under the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV.

 

On March 13, 2015, the Judicial Tribunal of the Hawaiian Kingdom met and determined that 10 people/and 4+ organizations/entities created/supported by the entity Provisional government, turned Republic of Hawaii, then Territory of Hawaii, then State of Hawaii with documented oppositions every step of the way, were declared guilty under the Treaty of 1850.

Note: Queen Liliuokalani stated that it was an "entity" which dethroned her and it was neither de facto nor de jure.....The House of Representatives became the Provisional Government supported by the U.S., turned into the Republic of Hawaii then the Territory of Hawaii and the State of Hawaii without a Treaty of Annexation. The State of Hawaii, therefore, is in actuality this 1/3 government branch, an entity which was formed by treasonous persons. The 2/3 Permanent Part of the Hawaiian Government existed then, went "underground", continued to exist then and today, and which is currently in the process of gaining subjects reforming the voted in, non permanent portion of the Hawaiian Government called the House of Representatives.

1819. Kamehameha died.
Kamehameha’s widows were: Kanekapolei, Keopuolani, Kaahumanu, Kaheiheimalie, Namahana/Piia, Wahinepio, Manono, Kalola; Kekela; Kalanihulimaka; and Auhea/Kekauluohi.
Kanekapolei (w):
Kanekapolei (w) was the widow of Kalaniopuu of the Big Island. She was married to Kamehameha. She married Kuuku after Kamehameha died.
Kanekapolei (w) was the sibling of Mahihelelima/Mahi who was the kahu of Kaahumanu (w); Kaheiheimalie (w); and Namahana/Piia (w) wives of Kamehameha.
Kanekapolei (w) was the mother of Keoua Ahuula; Keoua Peeale with Kalaniopuu. She was the mother of Kaoleioku; Kanekapolei (w); and Keliiokahekili (w) with Kamehameha. She became the hanai/adopted mother of Waha/Wahawela; Keliipio; and Kamanowai when she married Kuuku.

Note: When Keliiahonui/Kealiiahonui/Aarona Keliiahonui died, heirs were many because he was married to Kaahumanu (w) one of the wives of Kamehameha. Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi (w) was the grand daughter of Kamehameha. She had full sibling’s including Maulili; and Keliikanakaole/Kanakaole. Her hanai sibling’s included: Leleiohoku/ William Pitt Leleiohoku (son of Kalanimoku and Kiliwehi. Kalanimoku also married Kuwahine(w), and Akahi(w)); Nahuina (son of Akahi (w) who was married to Kikau, son of Nuuanu), et. Als.

He was born in 1813.
He married Nahienaena, his sister; Kekualoa; Gina Lahilahi; and Kalama.
His children were: Keaweaweula1 and Keaweaweula 2d (both died in infancy); Opunui, Kekipi, Keawe, Mahoe, Kahalaoa, Papa, Nalimu, and Albert Kunuiakea. His stepchildren were Kahue (w), Pohihi (w), and Peter Kekuaokalani. His hanai/adopted children were: Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; Hueu Davis; Kale Davis; and Peke Davis. Their siblings were all of Kamehameha’s children, step-children.
His sibling’s were all of Kalaniopuu’s children, step children; all of Kamehameha’s children, step children, and hanai/adopted children; all of Kaumualii’s children; step children; Kalanimoku’s children/ step children/ hanai /adopted children; and Hoapili (k) children, stepchildren.

1863. November 30 - Kamehameha IV - Alexander, Kalani-Kua-Liholiho, Iolani-Maka-O-Louli, Kunuiakea, Kukailimoku, Alexander Liholiho - died at the Palace.
He was born on February 9, 1834.
He was adopted at birth by Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III.
His wife was Emma Kaleleonalani/Queen Emma the daughter of Fanny Kekela and Naea. Emma was adopted by Dr. TCB Rooke. Dr. TCB Rooke was the second husband of Grace Kamaikui, sister of Emma’s mother Fanny Kekela. They were the children of John Young/Olohana.
Grace Kamaikui/Kamaikui/Kalukona’s first marriage was to Isaac Davis and their children were: Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis. They were the sibling’s of Emma/Queen Emma. They were adopted by John Young/Olohana, Kamehameha and they were also the hanai hookama/adopted with inherited sovereignty of Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III, or the hanai siblings of Alexander Liholiho - Kamehameha IV.
Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho’s siblings were Paalua; Ruth Keelikolani; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; David Kamehameha; Moses Kaikioewa; Victoria Kamamalu; stepsiblings: John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalani, Alenoho; hanai: Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis all siblings of Kamehameha’s descendants/heirs; stepsiblings.
His mother was Kinau (w) who had been married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho and they were the step parents of all of Kalaniopuu’s, Kamehameha’s, and Kaumualii’s children, step children, and hanai/adopted children.
His mother also married Mataio Kekuanaoa, a descendant of Kaumualii of Kauai, part of the Royal Families.

1872 - December 11. Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha Kapuaiwa died in the Iolani Palace, Honolulu, Oahu.
He was born on December 11, 1830.
His mother Kinau, a Kamehameha descendant, was married to Liholiho - Kamehameha II who married Mataio Kekuanaoa, one of the descendants of Kaumualii of Kauai, a Royal Family member.

1874 - February 3 - William Charles Lunalilo/King Lunalilo died.
His mother was Kekauluohi/Auhea and father was Charles Kanaina.
His mother, Kekauluohi/Auhea was married to Kamehameha, and Kamehameha II - Liholiho before Charles Kanaina and was the step mother to all of Kalaniopuu’s, Kamehameha’s, and Kaumualii’s children, step children, hanai/adopted children.
His step-sibling’s included all of Kamehameha’s children, step-children and hanai. His mother Kekauluohi/Auhea was married to both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho.

Queen Liliuokalani was Abner Paki’s and Konia’s adopted/hanai daughter. They were both Kamehameha descendants.
Queen Liliuokalani was a Royal Person and not subject to the laws.

Summary
The overall study of the Royal Families shows mega fraud, criminal malfeasance by specific problematic people including the Judges/Justices who did conspire against the Royal Families and claimed that their rules became laws.
There are no statutes of limitations when it comes to fraud. Additionally, the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America is a permanent friendship treaty in which Article XIV can be applied.

    So, the foreigners claimed that Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V was the "last of the Kamehameha's"
    In 1874, Sanford B.     Sanford B. Dole was one of the planners of taking over the King's/Queen's position or the Royal Families genealogies, lands, assets, resources since the 1870's.
    The other planners included Charles Reed Bishop, husband of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was a hanai sister/adopted sister of Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Ruth Keelikolani, et. als.
    Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V died in 1872.
    Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883.
    Ruth Keelikolani was also called "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners. She died in 1883.
    Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883 and it was claimed to have left all of her lands to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was also claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners, a lie that was promoted and perpetuated by treasonous, conspirators, pirates, pillagers named Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, et. als.

    The Truth:
    Kamehameha had a total of 19+ children.
    Royal Families are Not subject to the laws. Kamehameha's descendants/heirs existed and were living in Kamehameha's life time.

    Ruth Keelikolani who was not the only heir, left her interest to her hanai sister Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
    Problematic Issues
    1) Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop were Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".
    2) Kamehameha had a total of 19+ children and the three - Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop were from three (3) out of his 19+ children.
    3) All three (3) were Kamehameha's descendants leaving first cousins existing who were also descendants/heirs of Kamehameha.
    4) All three (3) were Kamehameha's descendants, part of the Royal Families who were Not subject to the laws, as with their siblings/step siblings/cousins who were Kamehameha's descendants/heirs.
    5) They were and remain beneficiaries, reciprocal beneficiaries of all of Kamehameha's lands which includes the Crown Lands, etc.
    6) It was the desire/greed/lust, etc. of the non Royal Families/foreigners/whites/Americans, et., als. to assume Kamehameha's lands since their arrival in the Hawaiian Islands.
    7) The foreigners who made up the third part of the Hawaiian Government, a temporary, voted in position called the House of Representatives helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, did conspire, premeditate, pirate, pillage lands, estates, trusts, etc. of the Royal Families.
    They were treasonous and did belonged to the third part or temporary voted in part of the three-part government. The permanent parts of the Hawaiian Government was headed by the Sovereign's / Kamehameha's heirs and successors, and the House of Nobles heirs and successors.
    It was the treasonous group which dethroned Queen Liliuokalani and acted as the Provisional Government which was backed by the United States.
    The United States of America became the United States and the American Empire as documented in the Peacock vs. Hawaiian Republic case in 1899. ( see HAWAII REPORTS at the Archives, Main Library, or the Supreme Court Law Library,)
    Queen Liliuokalani did state that those who dethroned her was an entity, neither de facto nor de jure. Reason being that the treasonous persons were only part of the voted in, temporary body of a neutral, friendly, non violent nation which was supported by the United States, England, and the bankers - including the J.P. Morgan bankers who were the investors for bankrupt nations United States, and England due to their American Civil War losses, etc.
    8) The foreigners moved on the genealogies, the history, and the legal activities to accommodate themselves but have been discovered through research the criminal undertakings with the intent to defraud, assume, pirate, pillage what is not theirs, does not belong with documented evidence, etc.
    9) The 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV is applied against all who have pirated, pillaged, against our Royal Families, which includes Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs/descendants and successors which includes Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha I's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, hanai children/adopted children, and including the House of Nobles permanent members descendants/heirs documented in articles posted for the Judicial Tribunal evidence, etc.
    SUMMARY
    The above shows the 19+ heirs of Kamehameha, his children whose descendants/heirs exists today including myself, one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs from four (4) of his children and two (2) of his hanai/adopted children.

          Grace Kamaikui married Isaac Davis and had Hueu - male; Kale - female; and Peke - female.  Both Hueu and Peke
                             Davis are my ancestors.  Grace Kamaikui descended from Kamehameha's brother Keliimaikai.
          Mataio Kekuanaoa married two (2) of my ancestors named Kalehua and Kalima.  His second and third marriages were                     the widows of Kamehameha II - Liholiho son of Kamehameha who died in England.  He married
                              Kaloloahilani who died young.  His last wife Kalima was the grand daughter of Kaumualii of Kauai.
           
          These are some of the members of the Royal Families who I, Amelia Gora am a descendant of and I did oppose the Rail System on our Private Properties.
           
          I, Amelia Gora, am part of the two (2) permanent parts of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii as well and deny that the entity House of Representatives turned conspirator, treasonous persons supported by the U.S. and the American Empire, turned Provisional government, then Republic of Hawaii, then Territory of Hawaii, and State of Hawaii by U.S. President Eisenhower's executive order, are successors to our Hawaiian Kingdom as claimed in "THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF THE TERRITORY OF HAWAII TO REGISTER AND CONFIRM ITS TITLE TO CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN LAHAINA, ISLAND OF MAUI, TERRITORY OF HAWAII, AND KNOWN AS PA PELEKANE" (1912), HAWAII REPORTS Vol 21, Supreme Court of Hawaii, RH 345.4 H32 v.21 pg. 177 
          "That the Territory, as successor to the Kingdom of Hawaii, has obtained title to this lot by prescription."
           
          There was no treaty of Annexation, the Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs and successors exists and are parties to the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America.
           
          The entity State of Hawaii headed by a voted in Okinawan Governor is Not the land owners, title owners of lands belonging to the Royal Families who are kanaka maoli and have the bloodlines of Kamehameha, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Kalaniopuu, and Kaumualii.
           
          The Rail does Not have the approval to use our Royal Families properties with the intent of making monies off of our Families interests.
           
          The State of Hawaii are active pirates, pillagers, racketeers documented and are hereby exposed through evidence found in 30+ years of history research, 27+ years of genealogy research, and 15+ years of legal research.
           
          Others research has also been included for the record in the multiples of letters to the Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama over time and compiled into a book titled "EARTH TO MR. PRESIDENT" since 1995.
           
          Lastly, Rents and Leases are due for our Royal Families properties use; Return of all of the Hawaiian Kingdom records at the Bureau of Conveyances 1845 through 1893; the Archives; Supreme Court Law Library, etc.; the Treasury funds including the monies borrowed by Charles Reed Bishop which was "forgiven" by the Republic of Hawaii; the gold bullions; the "Gold Coins of the Realm", the $54,000,000/Fifty Four Million Dollars worth of gold coins stolen/removed from the burials at Kawaiahao Church cemetery.....rate of $18,000 per gold coin times 5 per burial at 600 burials removed, and diamonds, jades, imperial jades, pearls, lei niho palaoa, gold jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, watches), silver, and other valuable stones /precious pieces buried with ancestors, etc.
           
          Note:  Rents and Leases for the use of the land that the Republic of Hawaii built their buildings on.  Example, the Palace/Iolani Palace, the surrounding grounds, Kekuanaoa's, Ruth Keelikolani's, Victoria Kamamalu's, the state Capitol building sitting on Keoni Ana's lands, Kalanimoku's land - the Dominis House/Washington Place, Kalaniulumoku's lands where the Bureau of Conveyances sits,  etc.
           
          Use of the Crown Lands including Hawaiian Homes, etc. rents and leases are due, including the water, mineral rights which does not belong to foreigners claiming to be the successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii.
