Hawai'i is not a U.S. State and U.S. America is not U.S. America

In 1860 the Congress of the United States of America walked out of session and created
what is known as sine die. Congress did not designate a date and place for the next session to reconvene and meet, and thus created a violation of Roberts Rules of Order - the authorized rules accepted to operate Congress. Because of this action it terminated the true Congress that operated under God for the people. Those that walked out of Congress never came back.
In 1861 The United States of America switche..d over to "United States'. It is defined in Title 28 (USC) - Judicial definition that "United States" is a Corporate Entity. This is because there was no national government anymore.
In 1863 - the Lieber Code was created. Since there was no Congress or real government it gave authority under the Corporate Entity "United States" to the President who was Abraham Lincoln at that time, full power over the armed forces and all enforcement agencies to keep control over its people and others who oposed the "United States". Lincoln issued the first Executive Order as Commander In Chief without a true Congress. Lieber Code also known to be "Marshal Law" and continues until today.
Tane: So If all of this happened how could the United States have authourity to say anything with the Hawaiian Kingdom after 1860? So therefore the Hawaiiam Kingdom continues to exist.
All Land Titles established in the Kingdom of Hawaii continue.. to exist. No conveyance could have been made to or by the United States Corporate Entity. This was not the same authority that had a treaty with the Hawaiian Kingdom prior to 1860.
