Frauds Found or Some Reasons Why There Are No Clear Titles To Lands; Criminal Contracts by Bankers Can Be Suits Against Them, etc.

Greetings!

I'm helping to defend our families interest, reciprocal beneficiary interests in Honouliuli for my brother, et. als including Mortgage "Foreclosure Against All Parties" 

Issue:  The bankers are foreclosing on a property in Honouliuli for a zero lot line home which sits on the lands of Miriam Kekauonohi.

Miriam Kekauonohi/Kekauonohi's heirs were claimed to be Levi Haalelea, then his wife Anaderia Amoe who sold to James Campbell etc.

Fraud Title folks!  

Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku died in 1827, his son W.P. Leleiohoku and his daughter Kekauonohi/ Miriam Kekauonohi became heirs.

Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku's last wife was Akahi, our ancestor.

Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku was also married to Kiliwehi, Keopuolani (widow of Kamehameha) and Kuwahine who fled and married Kaikioewa.

Facts Found Affecting ALL CASES /Lands of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi, W.P. Leleiohoku, Levi Haalelea, Anaderia Amoe, James Campbell, bankers, et. als.

Motion of New Evidence due to Cloud on the Title was filed on May 19, 2015.

Historically, judgements for lands were wrongfully given to non owners/non heirs.

Those in the wrong were:

Levi Haalelea - husband of Miriam Kekauonohi.

Anaderia Amoe - wife of Levi Haalelea who married him after Miriam Kekauonohi died.

Ruth Keelikolani - wife of Miriam Kekauonohi's brother William Pitt Leleiohoku.

Ruth and William Pitt Leleiohoku had a son named Kinau.

William Pitt Leleiohoku died and left widow Ruth and son Kinau.

Ruth married Isaac Young Davis and they had a child who she gave to Bernice Pauahi and Charles Reed Bishop.

Isaac Young Davis beat Ruth, broke her nose after she gave the child away without his o.k. (oral history).

Kinau died.  Ruth was claimed to be the heir of her son.

Isaac Young Davis and Ruth were divorced.

Ruth adopted King Kalakaua's brother named William Pitt Leleiohoku Kahoolewa.

Ruth died in 1883, leaving her interests to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

CLOUDS ON TITLE:

The chain of title according to law as found in the Statutes of 1845 and 1846 of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii, Article 1 of the Marriage Contract - Section III, page 58 states the following:

"the husband legally married as aforesaid, shall cease to have control over the immoveable and fixed property of his wife, and the same shall immediately descend to her heirs as if she had died sole...."

Levi Haalelea gained nothing from the Estate of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi.

Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was the heir of her brother William Pitt Leleiohoku who had married Ruth Keelikolani.

The "Act to regulate the descent of property both real and personal, done and passed at the Council House in Honolulu on August 1850, from Session Laws (Series 263), Departmeht of the Interior of the Hawaiian Kingdom also shows that

"The word "issue" as used in this Act, includes all the lawful lineal descendants of the ancestor."

"Done and passed at the Council House in Honolulu, this day of August A.D. 1850."

Summary

Miriam Kekauonohi was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho, Aaron Kealiiahonui, and lastly to Levi Haalelea.

Miriam Kekauonohi was the step mother of all of Kalaniopuu's six (6) children, nineteen of Kamehameha's children and three (3) of his hanai/adopted children, and nine (9) of Kaumualii's children.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was also a son of hers as well as being an uncle, her brother-in-law.

Miriam Kekauonohi died in 1851 and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died in 1854.

Miriam Kekauonohi's Probate was made after Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died and a claim that a Will was entered was documented as having been missing since 1880.  Therefore, there was no will.

Failing to following the rules of heirship, etc., the Judges awarded Haalelea, then Anaderia Amoe the lands of a Kamehameha descendant to non bloods and committed fraud, criminal malfeasance, etc.

Anaderia Amoe sold lands, and was named in the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Ruth Keelikolani was claimed to have been the heir and heir of her son who died young.

Ruth Keelikolani's heir was Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.

The Facts of the matter is that according to the rules of law affecting William Pitt Leleiohoku and Miriam Kekauonohi, their heirs were not Levi Haalelea, and Anaderia Amoe, et. als.

Miriam Kekauonohi's and William Pitt Leleiohoku's heirs are her families, which "includes all the lawful lineal descendants of the ancestor".

The ancestor Kekuamanoha was the common ancestor for both William Pitt Leleiohoku and Miriam Kekauonohi.

My brother John and our families also come from Kekuamanoha and the documents were submitted in Courts through the Punaluu case as well as this case for the land in Honouliuli.

The Court was directed to inform the banks to obtain their monies from the Title Companies.

Our Royal Families are heirs and reciprocal beneficiaries of William Pitt Leleiohoku and Miriam Kekauonohi which affects other Alii lands as well.

Haalelea, Anaderia Amoe, et. als. had nothing to convey to James Campbell, et. als. because the True Heirs exists, which includes John and our Royal Families.

Kamehameha's heirs and successors includes some of the above.  Bernice Pauahi was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's" a lie which was promoted by Sanford B. Dole in 1874, perpetuated over time by the House of Representatives - temporary voted in part of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the Provisional government, the Republic of Hawaii, Congress, the Territory of Hawaii turned State with documented oppositions.

Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors existed then and many of their descendants exists today.  Some of the Kamehameha's are documented .

Injuries are recorded issues against the Kamehameha Schools, the Trustees Under the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, the State of Hawaii, etc. because the true heirs of M. Kekauonohi, William Pitt Leleiohoku, Kamehameha's exists as found through documented research supporting oral history, genealogies, legal research, etc.

Some of the Pirates, pillagers, frauds, pretenders, identity thieves, etc. have been recorded by the Judicial Tribunal  and lists to the U.S. President has been sent, invoking the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom.  Ramifications are ongoing.

    Note:

    Mahealani Ventura-Oliver was warned to not use UCC/Uniform Commercial Code and she did...........anywayz, the value of her information is that she discovered that the State of Hawaii is using a bonds program at our expense.............

    did you know that they have used or continue to use the program to get prisoners out early..........?

    did you know that prisoners are signing off their interest to lands in Hawaii for an early release?....................

    based on a Whistleblower status, it appears that an early release is in order.............and the return of monies to those clients who have taken a loss seems to be a fair trade..........
