We make 500-800 lbs a week. Hand pounded pa'i'ai, mikini ai poi and of course you need i'a. This week we have dry aku, cuttlefish, and dried opae.

Living on the mainland, so far from home, the one thing I really do miss is the fish and poi. Who would think that purple grey ( or pink) stuff, would have make someone's mouth water at the thought of it ? It certainly makes mine do that.
