By transmitting the Article of impeachment to the US Senate on Monday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and the US House of Representatives acknowledge that Donald J Trump remains the President of the United States of America, since only Current Presidents can be impeached.
Furthermore, the US Senate voted on Tuesday 55-45 to proceed with a trial of President Trump, this vote explicitly acknowledges that Donald J Trump remains the current President of the United States of America since only current Presidents can be impeached and tried. US Constitution: Article I, §3, Clause 7 “Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States”.
For these reasons, President Trump, may be duty-bound to rename his, “The Office of the Former President” to “The Office of the Acting President of the United States”. The launching of the US Senate trial explicitly acknowledges via majority vote by both chambers of the US Congress (House transmittal of Article of Impeachment 232-197 and Senate acceptance to begin Trial 55-45) that Trump is the President since only Presidents can be impeached and tried!

    Awesome.... it appears that the evidence of fraud is documented. A woman was arrested recently for voter fraud compounded by the facts of conspiracies with other nations involvement with the Biden’s etc. including the national guard present in Washington It appears that many things are going on...and even Obama’s presidency being illegitimate....the above issues can be considered documented conspiracy to wreck a nation by infiltrators foreign and domestic, etc. interesting. Also, treaties are the supreme law of the land .....article 6 of the 1787 U.S. Constitution.
