Customary Land Reform must recognize and respect Indigenous Peoples Rights

I don't know if I can hold on to Ownership of ourKuleana or even DHHL in my time. It seems to me that the realities of ownership customary lands and the colonizers web are stronger and tighter. Land contamination and sicknesses goes hand in hand. Courts and realestate speculation work wonders with banks, insurance, and impossible interest tend to undermine the purpose of purchase. Military 'inclusive' recognizable relationship with the indigenous people (50% bloodquantum) seems to be almost in absolute nihilism.
