Crown Lands Truth Amid Genealogy Lies Found In Historical Newspapers or Revealing More Lies That Kamehameha's Descendants Died Out (and Maintaining that Lot, Ruth, and Bernice Pauahi was the Last)
Review by Amelia Gora (2015)
The following article excerpts includes truth about the Crown Lands, and Lies/Frauds in the Kamehameha Families Genealogies:
DISCUSSION
* The Truth is that the Crown Lands are the private properties of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli as shown in the above article.
* Kekaaniau Pratt and Kaohelelani Wilcox claimed that they were Kamehameha III's Families and claimed that there were no more Kamehameha III's descendants or Kamehameha's descendants.
These claims were no different from Sanford B. Dole who documented in 1874 that Lot Kamehameha was the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Ruth Keelikolani was also said to be the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Bernice Pauahi Bishop was also claimed to be the "last of the Kamehameha's."
Then in 1950, the Congressional Digest proclaimed that Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha was the 'last of the Kamehameha's', which means that the United States Congress perpetuated the lies that there were no more Kamehameha's.
Erroneous Genealogies Entered in the article:
King Lunalilo was Not the son of Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha.
Charles Kanaina was the father of King Lunalilo/William Charles Lunalilo, not Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha.
Charles Kanaina was husband number 3 to his wife Kekauluohi/Auhea who was previously married to Kamehameha, and Kamehameha II - Liholiho.
Charles Kanaina and Kekauluohi/Auhea were the step parents of all of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kaumualii's children, step children, hanai children.
The two women, Kekaaniau Pratt and Kaohelelani Wilcox claimed that Kamehameha III - and all other branches of Kamehameha were "extinct and other heirs dead" as of 1899.
Pratt, Wilcox, Dole, U.S. Congress were all in the mind set or planned fabrication that the the Kamehameha's were "extinct and other heirs dead", the years spanning from 1874 thru 1950.
SUMMARY
* The Truth is that All of the Hawaiian Islands were the private properties of Kamehameha, his heir Kamehameha II-Liholiho, then Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Kamehameha - recognized as the King of a Monarchy Government since 1810.
Kamehameha II - Liholiho became the heir in 1819. He was the son of Kamehameha.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli became the heir in 1824. He was the son of Kamehameha.
During Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's reign, he desired a Constitutional Monarchy government, and set up land ownership in 1846 resulting in the Mahele of 1848:
"His Majesty, our Most Gracious Lord and King, shall in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of the Land, retain all his private lands, as his own individual property, subject only to the rights of the Tenants, to have and to hold to Him, His heirs and successors forever."
The Crown Lands were lands defined then the remaining land were recorded thereafter:
"One-third of the remaining lands of the Kingdom shall be set aside, as the property of the Hawaiian Government subject to the direction and control of His Majesty, as pointed out by the Constitution and Laws, one-third to the chiefs and Konohiki(s) in proportion to their possessions, to have and to hold, to them, their heirs and successors forever, and the remaining third to the Tenants, the actual possessors and cultivators of the soil, to have and to hold, to them, their heirs and successors forever."
Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho became the heir. He was the grandson of Kamehameha.
Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha became the heir. He was the grandson of Kamehameha.
King Lunalilo - William Charles Lunalilo became the successor. He was Not a Kamehameha bloodline BUT his Mother was the step mother of All of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kamehameha II's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, hanai children. King Lunalilo was the stepbrother of all of them.
King Kalakaua - David Kalakaua became the successor.
Queen Liliuokalani - Kaeha/Makaeha/Kamakaeha/Liliuokalani became the successor.
The Kalaniopuu's descendants Families exists who were the step children of the Kamehameha, Kamehameha II - Liholiho, etc.
The Kamehameha's descendants Families exists who were the children/ step children of Kamehameha II - Liholiho, etc.
The Kaumualii's descendants Families exists who were the step children of Kamehameha, Kamehameha II - Liholiho, etc.
Kamehameha's siblings Families exists who were part of the successors part of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's definition:
The Royal Families exists, the Kamehameha's Exists, the Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Exists.
The Heirs come first before the successors and the moves over time has been to eliminate the heirs so that the successors could inherit.
Kekaaniau Pratt, and the Wilcoxes reveal some of the successors who moved to overstep the Kamehameha's, and other successors of the Kamehameha's.
They, as descendants/heirs of Kalokuokamaile, remain the successors along with other members of Kamehameha's siblings: Keliimaikai, Kaleimamahu, Kalanikaulihiwakama Piipii, Kiilaweau, et. als.
They were also Problematic and appears to have been utilized to advance the criminal claims of Pirates, pillagers, deceivers who moved on fraud claims and also advancing the criminal claims of those who called themselves the successors.
Kekaaniau Pratt, Kaohelelani Wilcox, Robert Wilcox, David Kalakaua/King Kalakaua, Sanford B. Dole, U.S. Congress were all in the mind set or planned fabrication that the the Kamehameha's were "extinct and other heirs dead", the years spanning from 1874 thru 1950.
So, it can be stated that Kekaaniau Pratt who did attend the Royal School and was one of the students who were designated to be the future rulers of the Hawaiian Kingdom along with David Kalakaua, Kamakaeha/Liliuokalani, Jane Loeau, Abigail Maheha, et. als. was moving to defend the Hawaiian Kingdom or moving along with Kaohelelani Wilcox to allow or promote the successor claims of Pirates, pillagers, fraud setups made by the Provisional government, turned Republic of Hawaii, turned Territory of Hawaii, turned State of Hawaii amid the documented oppositions to annexation by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 supporters.
The Territory of Hawaii, after the printing of this 1899 article, did claim that they were the successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii........and that is a lie because the Heirs exists.
Informing many because..............
