Are you the people discribed in the "Akaka" bill?

First off, the "Native" people they describe as:

The native people of the Hawaiian archipelago that is now part of the United States.

Are you part of the United States?

Second, they seem to be confused about the Hawaiian Kingdom and refer to it as a "native Hawaiian" nation. why do think that is?

what happened to the other guys? not all were named Dole or Thurston!

The bill refers to the recognition of our nation and the treaties [breached by the US] between the US and the Hawaiian Kingdom as a basis for this new relationship.

Can the US legally change unilaterally these treaties between the Hawaiian nationals and create a new one with people unknown to the HK constitution?

Is the bill a violation of the American "Takings clause"?

That simply says you can not take private property without due process or compensation.

Since the US is in breach of its treaties with the Hawaiian Kingdom and has taken possession of large amounts of lands without any compensation [partial compensation is still a "Taking"] or legal process is this bill legal in America?

Can a nation based on race be a legal nation on the family of world nations? NO

I was told they have removed blood quantum and replaced it with descendants of the Hawaiian Kingdom. That still does not address the occupation of the land and the repression of Hawaiian governance. They claim to want nation to nation relations yet do not answer anyone's calls. They want the nation they create to be their lap dog and offer annexation of Hawaiian assets to them.

A'ole, time to go, all the leases are up. the jig is up and the wheel wen fall off...

  Presently all of the 550 plus federally recognized Native American entities members are based on Blood Quantum... Most important all of the 550 plus federally recognized Native American entities all had to relinquished their Inherent Sovereignty to the Tribal lands. Boood Quantum and Relingwuishment of Inherent Sovereignty to the national lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom will be a requirement of Hawaiians for federally recgonized as Native Americans. As a Hawaiian National of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation, I have no concern over the passage of the AKaKa BILL. Pass the AKaKa BILL and let the KaKa Hit the Fan.......

As a Hawaiian National of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani and my ancestors, the AKaKa BILL does not describes who I am. The AKaKa BILL intent is to put in place a Hawaiian Governing Entity based on Race. The AKaKa BILL will continue to "Divide" the Hawaiian People based on Blood Quantum.
