MADISON - The State Department of Justice confirms that it is investigating several death threats against a number of lawmakers in response to the legislature's move to strip employees of many collective bargaining rights.

Among the threats the Justice Department is investigationg is one that was emailed to Republican Senators Wednesday night. Newsradio 620 WTMJ has obtained that email.

The following is the unedited email:

Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your familes
will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks. Please explain
to them that this is because if we get rid of you and your families then it
will save the rights of 300,000 people and also be able to close the deficit
that you have created. I hope you have a good time in hell. Read below for
more information on possible scenarios in which you will die.

WE want to make this perfectly clear. Because of your actions today and in
the past couple of weeks I and the group of people that are working with me
have decided that we've had enough. We feel that you and the people that
support the dictator have to die. We have tried many other ways of dealing
with your corruption but you have taken things too far and we will not stand
for it any longer. So, this is how it's going to happen: I as well as many
others know where you and your family live, it's a matter of public records.
We have all planned to assult you by arriving at your house and putting a
nice little bullet in your head. However, we decided that we wouldn't leave
it there. We also have decided that this may not be enough to send the
message to you since you are so "high" on Koch and have decided that you are
now going to single handedly make this a dictatorship instead of a
demorcratic process. So we have also built several bombs that we have placed
in various locations around the areas in which we know that you frequent.
This includes, your house, your car, the state capitol, and well I won't
tell you all of them because that's just no fun. Since we know that you are
not smart enough to figure out why this is happening to you we have decided
to make it perfectly clear to you. If you and your goonies feel that it's
necessary to strip the rights of 300,000 people and ruin their lives, making
them unable to feed, clothe, and provide the necessities to their families
and themselves then We Will "get rid of" (in which I mean kill) you. Please
understand that this does not include the heroic Rep. Senator that risked
everything to go aganist what you and your goonies wanted him to do. We feel
that it's worth our lives to do this, because we would be saving the lives
of 300,000 people. Please make your peace with God as soon as possible and
say goodbye to your loved ones we will not wait any longer. YOU WILL DIE!!!!

Last month, Republican Congressional leaders filed into the Oval Office to
meet with President George W. Bush and talk about renewing the controversial
USA Patriot Act.

Several provisions of the act, passed in the shell shocked period
immediately following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, caused enough anger that
liberal groups like the American Civil Liberties Union had joined forces
with prominent conservatives like Phyllis Schlafly and Bob Barr to oppose
renewal.

GOP leaders told Bush that his hardcore push to renew the more onerous
provisions of the act could further alienate conservatives still mad at the
President from his botched attempt to nominate White House Counsel Harriet
Miers to the Supreme Court.

"I don't give a goddamn," Bush retorted. "I'm the President and the
Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way."

"Mr. President," one aide in the meeting said. "There is a valid case that
the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution."

"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just
a goddamned piece of paper!"

I've talked to three people present for the meeting that day and they all
confirm that the President of the United States called the Constitution "a
goddamned piece of paper."

And, to the Bush Administration, the Constitution of the United States is
little more than toilet paper stained from all the shit that this group of
power-mad despots have dumped on the freedoms that "goddamned piece of
paper" used to guarantee.

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, while still White House counsel, wrote
that the "Constitution is an outdated document."

Put aside, for a moment, political affiliation or personal beliefs. It
doesn't matter if you are a Democrat, Republican or Independent. It doesn't
matter if you support the invasion or Iraq or not. Despite our differences,
the Constitution has stood for two centuries as the defining document of our
government, the final source to determine – in the end – if something is
legal or right.

Every federal official – including the President – who takes an oath of
office swears to "uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia says he cringes when someone calls the
Constitution a "living document."

""Oh, how I hate the phrase we have—a 'living document,'" Scalia says. "We
now have a Constitution that means whatever we want it to mean. The
Constitution is not a living organism, for Pete's sake."

As a judge, Scalia says, "I don't have to prove that the Constitution is
perfect; I just have to prove that it's better than anything else."

President Bush has proposed seven amendments to the Constitution over the
last five years, including a controversial amendment to define marriage as a
"union between a man and woman." Members of Congress have proposed some
11,000 amendments over the last decade, ranging from repeal of the right to
bear arms to a Constitutional ban on abortion.

Scalia says the danger of tinkering with the Constitution comes from a loss
of rights.

"We can take away rights just as we can grant new ones," Scalia warns.
"Don't think that it's a one-way street."

And don't buy the White House hype that the USA Patriot Act is a necessary
tool to fight terrorism. It is a dangerous law that infringes on the rights
of every American citizen and, as one brave aide told President Bush,
something that undermines the Constitution of the United States.

But why should Bush care? After all, the Constitution is just "a goddamned
piece of paper."

Senate panel approves Patriot Act extensions

(AP) – 9 hours ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate Judiciary Committee has approved a three-year extension of three post-Sept. 11 surveillance practices but voted to end another one. The panel opposed an investigative tool, known as national security letters, that compels businesses to turn over customer records without a judge's orders.

The legislation also includes new privacy and civil liberty safeguards for the Patriot Act provisions.

The measure, sponsored by committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, would extend through 2013 the use of roving wiretaps on multiple electronic devices. It also would extend authority to obtain court-approved access to business records considered relevant to terrorist investigations and secret surveillance of non-American "lone wolf" suspects not linked to specific terrorist groups.

It now goes to the full Senate. Without congressional action, the three provisions will expire on May 27.

Nobody knows how many millions of years this petroleum has lain in pools and in porous rock under hard-packed earth, rock, and coal.” Fresh supplies will NOT occur for millions of years.

Kier’s experiments were successful, “and petroleum began to replace whale oil for lighting lamps and lubricating wheels. Men began to see that there was wealth to be had from petroleum if only it could be found in large quantities.”

1859 – August 27. “Colonel” E. L. Drake, a New Elngland railroad conductor, struck oil near Titusville, Pennsylvania.” – 25 barrels were drawn.

1861 – “one of these deep wells” in Pennsylvania drew 300 barrels a day.

1865 – “Oil was successfully pumped through short trial pipe lines.”

1924 – “The British navy has adopted oil as fuel for its vessels.”
“The LEVIATHAN, for example, in one round trip to Europe used 68,000 barrels of oil!”

1925 – Pennsylvania pumped about 3,000,000 barrels a day.

1929 – California produced the largest amounts of OIL.

The second largest amounts were obtained from the Gulf Coast field in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Rocky Mountain field, from the Illinois field, and from the Lima-Indiana field. Three fourths of OIL “has been produced in three fields – the mid-continent, California, and Gulf Coast.”

A BRIEF LOOK AT MIDDLEEAST HISTORY OF OIL
- OIL : A VALUABLE RESOURCE AND A WEAPON-

With an ancient 8,000 year old history, the Middleeast is now a target by the United States operating INTERDEPENDENTLY with the United Nations who validates WARRING for Peace. Although an ancient civilization, with many interesting records and valuable source of studies, due to the recent PLUNDERING UPON S, the focus of this is to look at the OIL , the RESOURCES being looted, stolen, wrongfully obtained recently from IRAQ. The move to further ize and kill more s is slated for other areas in the Middleeast as documented in articles prepared by the Council of Foreign Relations, Inc.

With a heightened interest in oil since 1973: “Of the thirteen OPEC nations which now account for the great bulk of world trade, the big four (SAUDI ARABIA, IRAN, VENEZUELA, and IRAQ) now produce 63 percent of the total. The next four largest (KUWAIT, NIGERIA, UAR, and LIBYA) account for another 26 percent.” The balance 11 percent covered by the others.

Important Note: The CFR/Council of Foreign Relations with the U.S., Great Britain and the Bankers, etals. Planned, and formed the United Nations with the goal of ONE WORLD ORDER.

The order is Chronologically arranged:

1908 – Oil discovered in Persia by a company supported by the British government. The British Navy converted from coal powered ships to oil.

1912 – The British built the first oil-fueled battleship.

1914 – The Anglo-Persian Oil Company was purchased by the British government.

1919 - Persia refused protectorate request from the British government.

1921 - Reza Khan , army officer, was in charge of an uprising in Persia.

1925 – Reza Khan became the shah of Iran and obtained the name Reza Shah Pahlvi.

November – The U.S. ambassador “privately urged American citizens to pressure our own government to agree to Arab demands; …..publicly predicted “critical” east coast shortages of industrial fuel oil “within days,” lest anyone fail to panic. Our government covered up a cut-off of oil supplies to the U.S. Navy from European and Asian refineries, until it was revealed by a business journal.”

“ The slogan “cooperation not confrontation” sums up the consuming countries’ view of the cartel as a political problem to be solved by negotiation or force. Force is unthinkable. But negotiation or agreement with a group of sovereign monopolists is absurd. A bargain is enforced by competition or law, or both. Anyone who persistently breaks his word finds himself without customers and suppliers, who go elsewhere. Or a court can make him perform. But the monopoly has suppressed competition, so that there is no other place to go. And sovereign states are beyond any law.”

“ The demand for divestiture of the oil companies is merely one additional symptom of the inability of government and public opinion to see an economic problem for what it is.”

“The world structure of big oil is now the structure of the governments as owners and sellers of crude oil in the international market, which today includes the United States”.

The American CIA trained the SAVAK – Iranian secret police who d, arrested, imprisoned, executed thousands who opposed the shah.

1979 – Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Muslim teacher, spiritual leader became Iran’s political leader. He followed the Islamic laws: Hammurabi Code of Ethics, women wore veils, and attempted to ban music.

Khomeini labelled the United States the “GREAT SATAN”.

1980 – United Sates routinely called Israel a “strategic asset.”….at the peak of the Cold War there were some aspects of military and intelligence cooperation that gave substane to the term.”

Israel was expected to lie low while the Bush administration moved towards ‘Iraqi ties with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Syria.’

1990 – August 2. Iraq occupied Kuwait. Assistance were by the Soviet Union, the French, China, and Saudi Arabia. Interestingly, Kuwait loaned Iraq $6 billion and the U.S. guaranteed $400 million for food which was used to purchase military weapons.

Conclusion

The U.S. viewed the OIL Nations as using “the OIL WEAPON against the West for purposes of coercion in matters of high policy.”

The power of the OIL Nations rests in the “cohesion” of the OAPEC members, acting in unison.

The United Nations appears to act as a disruption of the OAPEC Nations OIL power.

The continued desire to plunder upon SYRIA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA and others unnamed are documented in the FOREIGN AFFAIRS Volume 70, No. 1.

Information about the other countries intended/projected/anticipated to be plundered upon have already been placed on this forum.

Important Note: Hawaii’s Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 maintained that the United States BREACHED the Law of Nations. Bankrupt countries could NOT TREATY. The U.S. was bankrupt. The use of early SPIES in Hawaii, MASONS surrounding Hawaii’s Queen resulted in the dethronement, admitted by the United States in 1993 under Public Law 103-150.

IRAQ with the CIA/Central Intelligence Agency, with MASON and former President Bush as it's’head, can be considered as the SPIES and MASONS activities against nations that are Solvent, with VALUABLE RESOURCES are the similarities that can be seen at a glance.

The United States FAILURE in FINDING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION also shows that IRAQ has had the weapons purchased destroyed.

The United States acting INTERDEPENDENTLY with the United Nations who validate WARRING for Peace has informed IRAN, SYRIA and North Korea of its intentions last month, April 2003.

The United States through its early SPY Activity/CIA Activities and STRATEGIC affairs have succeeded in acquiring OIL, the WEAPON of OIL from One of the Middleeast countries. A Provocation appears to have been set in place (see La Rouche articles and his website – Lyndon LaRouche – for additional details)….the continued plundering upon countries named above must be opposed due to more S being killed over the acquisition of the RESOURCES/ WEAPON OIL.
