  • the Hawaiian Kingdom is equal to the U.S. another separate nation..... know that territories have No Sovereignty.... but the Hawaiian Kingdom has sovereignty. Secretary of State Gresham and U.S. President Cleveland said that the legitimate government is the Royal government. Gresham also said that the legitimate government has standing in international law, there was No Annexation meaning there is No Jurisdiction. There was an admission of the crimes by the U.S. in the "organic act". The Crown Lands are Private Properties of the Kamehameha's and there are rights of tenants as well.... Private Properties cannot be taken by aliens/foreigners....... the move was to claim that Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the "last of the Kamehameha's" and the trustees claimed themselves to be heirs. Kamehameha's descendants exist...the Crown Lands are allodial lands and foreigners/Aliens cannot own allodial lands....there are lots of evidence showing premeditation in taking over a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.....even the Guaranty title company shows that Hawaii is the only state that cannot show legal title....also query for Dr. Alfred deZayas letters which shows that the United Nations recognizes the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists. Therefore, for the records, as one of Kamehameha's descendants from four (4) of his children, and Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, I maintain opposition to the illegal plans made by the Aliens moving to build casinos on our Private Properties. Also, illegal contracts were made by the banks and Hawaiian Homes for kanaka maoli/Kanaka Hawaii Maoli which was made null and void recently because the claimed ceded lands are actually Crown Lands owned by our Royal Family. This is a reminder to all that those sitting on Hawaiian Homes don't have to pay for their illegal contracts which was Not approved by the true land owners. Null and Void illegal contracts are part of my position as Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs and as a landowner with Superior, Paramount land titles.
