Have you completed the forms from DHHL? If you haven't, call them and they will mail to you. If you get any static - keep calling - and then go down there. Also, I don't know how you can but some people sell their lease - and then that property comes up, I think - for bid? Well, in Waimanalo, a few properties were either taken back because of - whatever - I don't know for sure because I didn't see with my own eyes - drug activity - or else, people wanted to sell...so I know you can find that info. I would ask DHHL! They would know!
