  • Hi Lani...how r things on ur end?
  • Aloha e Lani;
    I know I may have come on a bit strong the last time, but I too wasted my time researching Huna only to find out that it has its place, but not for me. About I would say 20 minutes ago, I was thinking of you and wondering when you were going to respond and low and behold here you are. Its something that cannot be explained and I feel may never be. Maybe we can email each other and kukakuka more privately. I find that this blog is open to all. So my email is SMEDEIROS12@hawaii.rr.com. My mo'opunas are on summer break and I need to take care of them. I understand care giving. My parents were not put in a care home. My dad spent one day in a care home and he asked my brother to take him out. So my mom stayed at home and we took care of her at home also. Both are now gone. You actually brought tears to my eyes. I know I will never forget them I have a picture of them in front of me now, but I need to go on. They would want me too. I miss and love them very much. My dad taught me all about horses and animals. My mom, the disciplinarian taught us everything about spiritual things. But didnt understand about the gifts we have. She had it too, but didnt know. My dad taught me not to be afraid. But I will tell you more when we connect and we have more time. So you take care and God bless.

  • Hey Lani;
    To explain, you need to know your genealogy. As to why you are having these visitations is simple. You do not need to understand Huna. My kumu explained to us that Huna is sexual and new age. It is western. Kahuna were people that kept the knowledge and it was passed on. You do not go to school to learn this. I dont know how many greats but one of our ancestors was Kailihewalani a prophet/seer. Research your genealogy. If you need help, i will try to help you. Do not spend your money on trying to learn about Huna. I too have dreams and hear chants and see the most wonderful things. My kumu (la'au lapa'au) explained to me in dream form that I could see. It was confirmed by a kupuna from Papakolea. Another kupuna from Kona also. These kupunas were well respected individuals of their communities. So you to Lani have this wonderful gift. Your mama is still with you spiritually. My dad has been dead since 1994 and he still comes back, my oldest grandson has seen him. My mom has been dead since 2003 and my youngest grandson has contact with her. He never met her, he was born the same year she died. Whatever you have is a gift plain and simple. If you want to talk more privately my email is SMEDEIROS12@hawaii.r.com. I talk with my kumu all the time. I think that is pretty much all I have to say. Aole pilikia with the Huna. No waste your time.
