The following is the introduction to a blog in today's (4.30.11) NY Times. While it may be sarcastic in nature, it also raises the very real possibility that those in opposition to President Obama may cause the Hawai'i issue, that is the question of whether Hawai'i is a fake State, to be brought to light. Wouldn't that be something!!!
Can Hawaii really be considered a state? Does anybody really believe that a volcanic island chain — described in Wikipedia as “physiographically and ethnologically part of the Polynesian subregion of Oceania,” a place that does not observe daylight savings time — is the sort of thing the founding fathers had in mind? And what is it doing all the way out there anyway?
O.K., I made that up. But judging from the goings-on this week, it is not too far-fetched to think questions like these might be floating around the opinion-sphere in coming days. ...

Mr. D'Alba we have spoken in the past and you had made many assertions about organizing help for the Hawaiian beneficiaries of the Crown land trust. It is interesting you see the possibilities as I do that a court action to secure control to the Hawaiians could be very effective, Sadly you are not a man of your word and failed to arrange a discussion with the Attorneys you lobby for. I had to speak to Mr. Van Dyke to find out the substance of these " Corbell" [The lawyers who cheated plains Indians out of BILLIONS of dollars] lawyers attempting to create a class action suit.
I would warn other Kanaka to take care of your efforts and I can only see money as your interest the more I looked into who backs you and how your approached this massive injustice. You are smart enough to make a compelling argument, but your are hollow in the middle.
You tried once to derail justice for personal gain, please leave how Hawaiians address their rights to those who are pono. I was still waiting for your promised report and so this is my report on you.

It's so easy to make mistakes in today history of Hawaii. It's taken me over 50 years to begin to understand and know the truth of the history of Hawaii.

Before Hawaiian Nationals can take any type of action, they must and understand that based on the History of what happened on January 16, 1893, there was No Overthrow!
That since January 16, 1893 Hawaiian Nationals and our Nation, the Hawaiian Kingdom have been under the Military Occupation of the United States!
That since the landing of the Military Forces of the United States on January 16, 1893, United States have never removed their Military Forces of their occupation of the National Lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
That Hawaiian Nationals continuously to be "Subjects of Prisioners of WAR" under the Occupation of the United States!
President Obama is very well aware of the History of the Occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
President Obama is well aware that Hawaii being legally the 50th State of the United States is a Political Fraud!
Enlightening this history of January 16, 1893 is a known fact that needs to be told our every Hawaiian over and over again. Until this history is fully understood by the Hawaiian people.
Just as there was No Annexation and No Cededing of the National Lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom, there was No Overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom on January 17, 1893...

Pomaikaiokalani has a very interesting point. What if the Hawaiian Nationals, in whole or part - it only takes one, filed an action to void President Obama's Presidency based precisely on the fact that Hawai'i is NOT part of the United States. The arguments for sovereignty, 103-150 et. al, providing the basis for the argument! If Hawaii is indeed a Fake State then anyone born there would not be eligible to assume the Presidency of the US.
The purpose of this position would not be to remove President Obama from office, but to reinstate the sovereign Kingdom of Hawai'i. This would raise a tremendous discussion of the illegal overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawai'i, and would also enlighten my fellow ha'ole of the facts of the overthrow. It would also provide the US the opportunity to live within the rule of law!

I strongly believe that the issue of Obama being born in Hawaii if handled right by our Hawaiian Nationals will bring about the revival of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani.
Hawaiian Nationals should not wait for anyone to correct the wrongs of January 16, 1893!
As Hawaiian Nationals it is our Duty to our Kingdom and our ancestors to revive our Kingdom as a Free, Sovereign and Independant nation of the Free World of today!
