Genealogy - Kauakahi

I am actually looking for information on my grandfather, from Kaua'i, but I think originally from the Big Island. His name was Kapahu "Peter Gregory" Kauakahi. We are planning a family reunion in Las Vegas in July, 2009, and would like to get some "verified" information, or genealogy. If anyone has anything to contribute, I would certainly approve it.       Lihue area, around 1900-1925. My mom was born 1923 and they moved to Oahu when she was 2. She was the youngest of 13 children. He was married to Julia Paahao. He had a sister named Kailihao who was married to a Webke on Kauai. Her children and grandchildren I understand still lives there. They were raised by hauoles and I believe it was on the Grove farm.

      Anything anyone could share would be appreciated.

      I was talking to cousin Moon Kauakahi a few weeks ago. I'm wondering if this kanaka 'ohana lived in Moloaa, Kaua'i. I'll go and check in my records for these names you mentioned.
