People that get on their knees do wreak dirty nonsense. But, it takes a beginning, unfortunately, it's with malice to the heart that extends the pain with stretched out hands, so one thinks. And the hem swishes in circles when touched. The scooters are the latest sachers of Troy! Too bad!
A bit of mental gibberish!
Dear Ms. Gora,
With the Rice v Cayetano Opinion guiding the fakeState, it looks as though the maka'ainana will face another 1959 experience. If "democracy" is the guiding light in the formation of "the governing entity" by the withering Office of Hawaiian Affairs, then the notion that the present inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands would accept political rule by the Hawaiians, an alien elite, is far- fetched. Yet this is the argument that "Free Hawai'i" is discussing. The reinstatement of government by Hawaiians will be loved by almost everyone.Truthfully, we all live and breathe every day the rule by "alien elite" ! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominant_minorityWith all the trappings of "democracy", our daily lives run into the fact that a small minority MAKES the final decisions at every turn. So how rational would it be, for the Hawaiian politicians to be accepted by the present inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands as a "dominant minority" ??Big Islander Joseph Nawahi would ask: "Are the present inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands READY to accept a "dominant minority" made up of Lei- Stand maka'ainana ??"This is a mouthful !! Thank Sweet Jesus for providing the UH Manoa "Brain Trust" to help us understand these problems.
Super failed today! Native Hawaiian women and their children were collateral damage today. I just couldn't stop the disaster. So, what the hell is war crimes? A stupid joke from the my point of view.
It's all cool to file a brief in any courts. But, when the state "locks and load" and show up to beat up native Hawaiians living on DHHL lands, we can only stand down clutching our children's hands. Where are the suits? Monday quarter backers, seems more like it, hey we gotta do what we can do, it's all cool. In the blackness, you chose MLK or Malcome X and the results are?
The War Crime Complaint alleges:
“State of Hawai‘i Judges OKAMOTO, FOLEY, LEONARD, and REIFURTH committed a war crime by willfully depriving my client, a protected person, of a fair and regular trial prescribed by the fourth Geneva Convention. The Plaintiff, State of Hawai‘i Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Chair JOBIE MASAGATANI and State of Hawai‘i Governor NEAL ABERCROMBIE, represented by the State of Hawai‘i Attorney General DAVID M. LOUIE and Deputy Attorney Generals MATTHEW S. DVONCH, DIANE K. TAIRA and S. KALANI BUSH were complicit in these proceedings and therefore committed a war crime as accessories.”
The War Crime Complaint concludes:
“Accordingly, pursuant to Article 17(3) of the Rome Statute, I respectfully request the office of the Prosecutor, with all due speed, investigate the situation in order to determine if the alleged perpetrators should be charged with the war crime specified above.”
The ICC jurisdiction over the Hawaiian Islands will begin March 4, 2013.
Native Hawaiian women are the heart of Hawaiian Homestead, today they are not stuck in history. There history text comes from their children's classroom K-12 and college setting. Many native Hawaiian women are attending college classes, however, even within these rooms very little Hawaiian History 'truth' are taught. The origin of most Hawaiian history are USA influenced. Men that do not have children like to dwell on the days of the Admiral when he summoned at gun point native Hawaiian women and their children to do 'god awful' things! The admiral networking are still on going. And will continue with the help of others that are blind to the true nature of Hawaiian Homestead. It is heartless to turn a blind eye to native Hawaiian women. It is often intentional to not hear the voices of the native Hawaiian women when she speaks up about the abuses of the patriarchal society. The insensible smell of decay spreads like fire in all native Hawaiian communities. And we stand ever stronger clutching our children's hands on our ancestors aina looking directly in the eyes of our enemies.
"It takes courage ........." for cut- throat pirates to look their victims in the eyes !! ........ as they lie about where these un- stained, un- bloodied 1, 200, 000 acres came from......... that are to be missed by our Hawaiian children.
"It takes (ruthless) courage !!"
Walk the talk in the community. The next step is to co-mingle with the people in the community for true guidance. Decision makers are not always right and that is why they need to take their decisions back to the community and generalize. It takes courage to let the people talk to each other.
