Status of Queen Liliuokalani's True Trust
Greetings,
As you may already know, the Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani Trust was pirated by the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani since 1909, when they set up an illegal trust.
The United States are also documented in pirating, pillaging assets through their ties in assuming monies through investments, stocks, etc.

Public Prosecutor's office, Honolulu Police Department officers recorded trespassing charges, etc.
The Sheriffs, Caretaker, Honolulu Police Department officers, and a visit to the Sheriffs office was documented for Washington Place.

The permanent Treaty of 1849/1850 was a treaty of Amity, Friendship which was made as a contract between the 'most favored nation' status.
Treaties are the Supreme Law of the land and an illegal operation which involves identity thieves activities contrary to the civilized nations status has been operating since U.S. President McKinley proclaimed Hawaii to be a Territory in 1897.

in 1909, Queen Lili`uokalani executed a deed of trust, to establish an institution dedicated to the welfare of orphaned Hawaiian children. At this time she also expressed a vision for the future of Washington Place following her death - that it become a place where the Hawaiian language and music would be preserved.

IN 1847, WASHINGTON PLACE AROSE ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF HONOLULU—THE NEW CAPITOL OF THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM, THEN RULED BY KING KAMEHAMEHA III, SON OF KAMEHAMEHA THE GREAT.

Washington Place was begun in 1841 by the American trader, Captain John Dominis, and built as his personal residence. At the time Hawai`i was an independent kingdom, ruled by the son of Kamehameha the Great, Kauikeaouli―King Kamehameha III.
Designed and constructed by Isaac Hart, the elegant Greek-Revival house rose on the fringe of the village of Honolulu, towering over the barren landscape and native thatched houses. Hart built another grand mansion around this time that would become the royal palace of King Kamehameha III when he moved the capital from Lahaina to Honolulu in 1845.
As Captain Dominis’ house drew near completion in 1846, he sailed for China on a trade mission. The tragic disappearance of his ship at sea left Mary Dominis a widow and she found it necessary to rent suites in her new mansion. In 1847, Anthony Ten Eyck, the U.S. Commissioner and first prominent lodger, established the U.S. Legation here. Inspired by its stately elegance, he sought to christen the home in 1848, in honor of the “great, the good, the illustrious Washington,” and the memory of his countryman, Captain Dominis. By royal decree, King Kamehameha III commanded that the name be retained “in all time coming".
Washington Place is perhaps best known as the home of Queen Lili`uokalani who arrived at the elegant mansion in 1862, as the young bride of John Owen Dominis, son of the captain. It would remain her residence for 55 years, a home she fondly described as:
“…a large, square, white house, with pillars and porticos on all sides, really a palatial dwelling, as comfortable in its appointments as it is inviting in its aspect…a choice tropical retreat in the midst of the chief city of the Hawaiian Islands.”
Washington Place was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2007.
FOR MORE THAN 160 YEARS, WASHINGTON PLACE HAS REMAINED AT THE CENTER OF SOCIAL AND POLITICAL LIFE IN THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS AND SINCE 1922, HAS SERVED AS OFFICIAL RESIDENCE FOR THE GOVERNOR OF HAWAI`I.

SUMMARY
The Criminal Claims made through the 1909 Trust means that the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani perpetuated crimes against the Queen who continuously denied that she signed a Trust Deed with Curtis Iaukea, et. als.
An Agreement by the true Trustees with Queen Liliuokalani included interests of Charles Kanaina, King William Lunalilo, Queen Kalama and Bernice Pauahi Bishop was entered as a Deed in the 1909 Trust.
The fact of the matter is that it was Not a Deed as documented in the 1909 Sham Trust.
Even in Queen Liliuokalani's Will, she denied signing a Trust Deed with the usurpers and the court of Identity Theives/Territory of Hawaii disregarded her Will and allowed the perpetuation of Fraud, deceit, corruption to continue.
Fraud vitiates all claims and contracts.
The True Trust of 1872 prevails and are the true owners of Washington Place.
Crimes are hereby documented in the Hawaiian Islands and No One Should Support the identity thieves, trespassers, squatters on Private Properties which includes all of the Private Properties of Queen Liliuokalani, the Royal Families, kanaka maoli Alodio/Allodial lands, etc.
We continue a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation which is a Constitutional Monarchy Government, unlike the trespassers, identity thieves, squatters perpetuating crimes in the Hawaiian Islands today.
