lands especially, and they tend to target individuals or small actions, especially in rural, economically depressed areas. 
 This crap needs to stop. The police won't stop it -- they are very often tied into it. E kala mai to those who don't want me to talk about this, but it is time for this BS to stop. 
 Numbers help. A lot. Well, it is actually a bell curve, because when you get over a certain mass, a whole new type of thug gets involved -- the advanced kind who killed some of our original movement heroes. Actually, I suspect that the same people are paying the contracts. But that is another matter into which social media and other factors play in. Right now I am talking about regular, low-level, dirty-deeds-done-dirt-cheap thuggery. Bullies who hurt people, or threaten them. We need to stand against this crap already, lāhui!
