Part I.  Kamehameha's Heirs

Introducing the King, his heirs and successors also known as the Royal Families as uncovered in research:

The King, his heirs and successors are specific.  They are also identified as the Royal Families who are the Crown Land, Government Land owners, etc. 

The Royal Families are land Owners who are not subject to the laws, have sovereignty, support, defend, and maintain all non-treasonous persons/kanaka maoli and subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom, and maintain  the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Treaty with Japan, Treaty with the Netherlands, Convention with Portugal, Convention with Russia, Treaty with Spain, Treaty with Sweden and Norway, Treaty with the Swiss Confederation, Postal Convention with Tahiti, etc. 

Kamehameha was recognized as the King of the Hawaiian Islands, a Monarchy Government in 1810.

Kamehameha was succeeded by his son Liholiho/Kamehameha II who was also recognized as the King of the Hawaiian Islands, a Monarchy Government from 1819 through 1824.

Kamehameha's son Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III who was also recognized as the King of the Hawaiian Islands, a Monarchy Government evolved into a Constitutional Monarchy Government.

The following are Kamehameha's Heirs/His Children including hanai/adopted children:

1)  Kaoleioku - his four (4) children were:  Pauahi (w); Hanuna/Hanuno (k); Keola (k) and Konia (w)

2)  Kanekapolei (2) - her children were:  Kikau (k); u.i. others/research incomplete

3)  Kahiwa Kanekapolei - her children were:  Kepelino (k); u.i. others/research incomplete

4)  Keliiokahekili (w) - her children were: u.i. others/research incomplete

5)  Liholiho/Kamehameha II - research incomplete

6)  Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III - his children were 10:  Keawe 1(k); Keawe 2 (k); Opunui (k); Kekipi;                          Keawe; Mahoe (w); Kahalaoa; Papa; Nalimu; and Albert Kunuiakea.  His hanai                                            hookama/ adopted and inherited sovereignty:  Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV;                                 Hueu Davis, Kale Davis (w), and Peke Davis (w)

7) Nahienaena (w) - her u.i. child/research incomplete

8) Kamamalu (w) - married Liholiho/Kamehameha II her step brother - no children

9)  Kinau (w) - married Liholiho/Kamehameha II her step brother - no children

10)  Kinau (k) - his children were:  Miriam Kekauonohi/Kekauonohi (w); Maulili (k); and                      

                        Keliikanakaole/Kanakaole (k)

11)  Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki (k) - his children were:  Kalaniulumoku (k) and Abner Paki (k)

12)  Kahalaia (k) - was with Pauahi (w) the mother of Ruth Keelikolani; also married Kekuanaoa (k)

13)  Kapapauai (w) - child u.i. - research incomplete

14)  6 other u.i. siblings of Liholiho/Kamehameha II; Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III; and

                         Nahienaena  (w) - research incomplete        

 Kamehameha had a total of 19(+) children.  Those claiming and showing documentation of their ancestry will be added to the above.

Kamehameha's and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's hanai/adopted children were:  1) Hueu Davis, 2) Kale Davis (w), and 3) Peke Davis, true children of Isaac Davis, English Counselor of Kamehameha with John Young/Olohana.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's hanai/adopted child was Alexander Liholiho - Kamehameha IV whose mother was Kinau (w) his step sister who had married Kamehameha II - Liholiho, his brother.

Royal Families are Not subject to the laws.  Kamehameha's descendants/heirs existed and were living in Kamehameha's life time.  

Let us review where "the last of the Kamehameha's" Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and Ruth Keelikolani came from:

Note:  Kinau (w) and Pauahi (w) were two of the five (5) widows of Liholiho/Kamehameha II.

 Mataio Kekuanaoa had a total of five (5) marriages.

Mataio Kekuanaoa had a Probate disregarding the fact that he was a Permanent member of the House of Nobles, a Sovereign successor through his ancestor Kaumualii.  The fact that he was married to two (2) wives of Kamehameha II - Liholiho made him a step father of ALL of Kamehameha's children, step children, and hanai/adopted children.

Mataio Kekuanaoa was part of the Royal Families who are not subject to the laws.

Mataio Kekuanaoa, a successor, a non-Kamehameha descendant/heir of was made heir of a Kamehameha descendant Victoria Kamamalu by the First Circuit Court Judge.

Note:  The First Circuit Court Judges under William Lee were basically Americans who followed American laws and made rules that they claimed became laws.  Many were treasonous to the Hawaiian Kingdom.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's last wife Kalima had both transferred a parcel of land to Charles H. Judd and the witness was Albert Francis Judd, a Judge who became treasonous and had swept all of Queen Liliuokalani's documents off of her desk after he helped to dethrone her in 1893.

Our Royal Family descends/heirs of both Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kalima his last wife.

When Mataio Kekuanaoa died, his heir was Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop, et. als..

Ruth Keelikolani  who was not the only heir, left her interest to her hanai sister Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Other sibling's were:  Paalua her older brother, hanai sisters:  Kamakaeha/Kaeha who became Queen Liliuokalani, and Abigail Maikai, her step siblings were John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani (w).

                                                    I .  Successors of Kamehameha's Families

Kamehameha's successors are  Kalaniopuu's - Alii Nui/High Chief of the Big Island, uncle of Kamehameha -six (6) children who became the step children of Kamehameha, and Kamehameha II - Liholiho:

Kamehameha's Additional Successors were Kaumualii's - High Chief of Kauai -  nine (9)  children:  1) Kealiiahonui, A. 2) Humehume/George Humehume, 3) Kinoiki, 4) Kahinu, 5) Haupu/Kahekili, 6) Kuheleaumoku, 7) Kahai, 8) Kanekoa, 9) Kaulia.  Children 5 thru 9 were the sons of Namahana/Piia who was married to Kamehameha and Kaumualii.  She was the sister of Kamehameha's other wives:  Kaahumanu and Kaheiheimalie/Hoapiliwahine.

*  The Truth is that All of the Hawaiian Islands were the private properties of Kamehameha, his heir Kamehameha II-Liholiho, then Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.  

    Kamehameha - recognized as the King of a Monarchy Government since 1810.

     Kamehameha II - Liholiho became the heir in 1819.  He was the son of Kamehameha.

    Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli became the heir in 1824.  He was the son of Kamehameha.

During Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's reign, he desired a Constitutional Monarchy government, and set up land ownership in 1846 resulting in the Mahele of 1848:

"His Majesty, our Most Gracious Lord and King, shall in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of the Land, retain all his private lands, as his own individual property, subject only to the rights of the Tenants, to have and to hold to Him, His heirs and successors forever."

The Crown Lands were lands defined then the remaining land were recorded thereafter:  

"One-third of the remaining lands of the Kingdom shall be set aside, as the property of the Hawaiian Government subject to the direction and control of His Majesty, as pointed out by the Constitution and Laws, one-third to the chiefs and Konohiki(s) in proportion to their possessions, to have and to hold, to them, their heirs and successors forever, and the remaining third to the Tenants, the actual possessors and cultivators of the soil, to have and to hold, to them, their heirs and successors forever." 

   Kamehameha IV -  Alexander Liholiho became the heir.  He was the grandson of Kamehameha.

   Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha became the heir.  He was the grandson of Kamehameha.

   King Lunalilo - William Charles Lunalilo became the successor.  He was Not a Kamehameha bloodline BUT his Mother was the step mother of All of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kamehameha II's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, hanai children.  King Lunalilo was the stepbrother of all of them.

   King Kalakaua - David Kalakaua became the successor.  David Kalakaua was also a treasonous person due to his moves to sell the Hawaiian Islands to Japan, then when that failed, moved to trade the Hawaiian Islands for 8,000 acres of California lands, etc.

   Queen Liliuokalani - Kaeha/Makaeha/Kamakaeha/Liliuokalani became the successor.  Queen Liliuokalani was placed on the throne and told that she was Queen, signed documents, illegal contracts, etc.  She was under threat, duress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, genocide issues, etc.

   The Kalaniopuu's descendants Families exists who were the step children of the Kamehameha, Kamehameha II - Liholiho, etc.  Many existed then and their descendants/heirs exists now.

Note:  Kalaniopuu was the Alii Nui/High Chief from the Big Island.  He was the true grandfather of Kamehameha II - Liholiho, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, et. als.

    The Kamehameha's descendants Families exists who were the children/ step children of Kamehameha II - Liholiho, etc.

     The Kaumualii's descendants Families exists who were the step children of Kamehameha, Kamehameha II - Liholiho, etc.

Note:  Kaumualii was the Alii Nui/High Chief of Kauai.  He became connected to Kamehameha's Families because Kamehameha gifted him with his wife Namahana/Piia.  After Kamehameha died, Kaahumanu, another wife of Kamehameha and full sister of Namahana/Piia.  Namahana/Piia and Kaumualii had five (5) children.

Ruta - great grand daughter of Kamehameha, married W.P. Leleiohoku, siblings:  Paalua, Moses Kaikioewa, David Kamehameha, Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu, hanai:  Bernice Pauahi, step siblings:  John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalani, et. als.

Keohokalole - hanai of Kamehameha's great grand daughter

C. Kanaina - married Kamehameha's and Kamehameha II - Liholiho's widow, son:  William Lunalilo/King Lunalilo; step father of all of Kamehameha's children,      stepchildren, and hanai/adopted children.

Joani Ii - hanai father of Kamehameha's grand sons wife.

T.  Haalilio - sibling of Levi Haalelea and Kahuakaiola.  Kahuakaiola's son married a Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's  grand daughter.

Note:  The Heirs and Successors of the House of Nobles existed since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and their heirs and successors exists today.

                                                                               III.  House of Representatives  

Kanaka Maoli's choices in Representation such as the Leaders, Spokes persons for Mauna Kea, Haleakala, etc.  These persons are candidates.

Konohiki, Assistant Konohiki who have stepped forward in the overseers positions are also candidates.

This body of the Hawaiian Government are choices made by the people, the people who are non treasonous that is.

Those who claim their 'rights of native tenants' are the parties who can elect their representatives.

Note:  It was this part of the Hawaiian Government that premeditated to take over a neutral, friendly Constitutional Monarchy government, obtained support from a foreign government(s) and moved to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.  This is the part of the Hawaiian Government which became treasonous and were dispossessed/lost all of their lands in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago/ Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/Hawaii and noted as the Sandwich Islands in a few Treaties such as those with England and France.

               The occupiers, identity thieves and their entities/agencies such as DLNR/ Department of Land and Natural Resources, OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, et. als. cannot be candidates for the House of Representatives due to the illegal nature of its beginnings supported by the U.S. and the American Empire which usurped their own citizens when the 1871 Secret U.S. Constitution made by the bankers and moved to assume the assets, lands, of a neutral, friendly, non violent nation.

                  Those who committed treason have been documented and  have been legally dispossessed of lands.  

                   Members of the Royal Families, heirs of the original Judges of the Hawaiian Kingdom moved as the Judicial Tribunal to vote 'guilty' and 'not guilty' in invoking the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV for piracy(ies), pillaging, fraud, etc.  

                      The actions for treasonous persons are nearly completed for those who have passed away long ago, they have been dispossessed of lands which affects their descendants/heirs, successors, etc.  Entities affected includes the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, King Lunalilo Trust, Queen's Hospital, Kapiolani Hospital, Queen Liliuokalani/Liliuokalani Trust, etc.

                     Those who are currently alive and listed have pending trials/verifications from the United States of America President as required by Article XIV in the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America

Summary

      Kamehameha's siblings Families exists who were part of the successors part of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's.

The Heirs come first before the successors and the moves over time has been to eliminate the heirs so that the successors could inherit.

Heir and Successor Genealogies of Our Royal Families/Amelia Gora's Families, a few corrections were made:

               As one of the heirs and successors of Kamehameha through Kaumualii, King of Kauai because Kamehameha's wife Namahana/Piia married Kaumualii and had children.  I, Amelia Gora descend/heir of Kaumualii.  through his son 1)  Haupu/Kahekili; and through his daughter 2) Kinoiki, full sister of Kealiiahonui/Aarona Kealiiahonui. 

     All of the above have been found in research because our families projects were to look for the Kamehameha's, including the hidden lines, which resulted in finding many of Kamehameha's heirs and successors, the House of Nobles Heirs and Successors, etc.

I, Amelia Gora, deny that the State of Hawaii is the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" /Hawaiian Kingdom etc. because the entity is based on the treasonous part of the three (3) part Hawaiian Government.  They are an entity and Not related to our Royal Families and are identity thieves documented.  See the 1912 Pa Pelekane Case, Hawaiian Reports, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. 

The Nature of the State of Hawaii is based on Fraud, deceit, pillaging, piracy, identity theft, genocide, etc. and must be replaced through an American Embassy.  

Notice was served to you with the list of guilty persons, parties, entities, (includes those who perpetuate their ancestor's crimes, etc.) who criminally pirated, pillaged lands belonging to our Royal Families, and kanaka maoli.  The Treaty of 1850 - Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America article XIV was utilized as the basis of documenting the pillagers, pirates, etc. over time.
