My name is Amelia Gora and am one of the descendants/heirs of Kamehameha who began the Hawaiian Monarchy government which was recognized in 1810.
Kamehameha's oldest son was Kaoleioku who had four (4) children named:
(1) Pauahi - mother of Ruth Keelikolani
(2) Hanuna - father of Kapule; Kini (female); Hookahi(female);
and Poohina (female)

I descend from Hanuna. Bernice Pauahi was Not the 'Last of the Kamehameha's' as claimed by Sanford B. Dole who appeared to have started the lie which was perpetuated by treasonous persons in the Hawaiian Islands.

As Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs/Minister of Foreign Relations office, under international laws, parity clause, my families, myself, and our appointed persons/ attaches also have immunities under international laws.
Due to the illegality of contracts to people under duress, genocide victims, and having evidence of premeditations of criminally assuming lands, assets, mineral rights, water rights of our kanaka maoli, and those who supported our Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, we also have the rights to null and void illegal contracts which includes the signing up by OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, etc. with the intent to deceive, connive, controvert, assume the inherent rights, the ano alodio lands, alodio lands secured forever to the kanaka maoli which would wrongfully, criminally convey lands, assets, mineral rights, water rights.
I, Amelia Gora, have inherited sovereignty, immunities, as well as having immunities under international laws.
The Hawaiian Kingdom is made up of three parts: (1) Sovereign, heirs - a Permanent Part of Government (2) House of Nobles - original members descendants - a Permanent Part of Government; and (3) House of Representatives - a Temporary, Voted in Part of the Government.
The entity Provisional Government, turned Republic of Hawaii, turned Territory of Hawaii, turned State of Hawaii, operating OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kau Inoa, supporting Akaka Bill, Kanaiolowalu, and Hawaiian Rolls moves to validate their criminal deviance, criminal occupation, racketeering, piracy(ies), privateering, privatization, genocide, criminal malfeasance, etc.
The entity Provisional Government represents only 1/3 of the Hawaiian Government who were treasonous to the Queen, subjects, and whose defenders continue on today in trying to maintain their criminal existence in the Hawaiian Islands and supported by the U.S. Government, etc.

It was my/our families ancestor Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III who did treaty with the U.S. President Tyler in 1849 which was documented as a Permanent Friendship Treaty and approved by the U.S. Congress.
Under the U.S. Constitution, Treaties supersedes State Laws, etc.
It took more than 26 years of genealogy research to find the hidden lines of the Kamehameha's, which included the discovery of criminal claims, etc. with evidence of genocide, conspiracies, piracy, privateering, privatization activities intended to defraud the true land owners, the Alii, the Alii Nui, revealing genocide activities perpetuated even today.
30+ years of history research, more than 15+ years of legal research has also been made which supports the facts that the Hawaiian Government continues to exist amidst the criminal activities by foreigners in the Hawaiian archipelago.
I again request that the American Embassy be assigned here instead of the illegal State of Hawaii which moves to create entities such as OHA, Kanaiolowalu, Akaka Bill, Kau Inoa, and the Native Hawaiian Rolls to give an appearance that 'it's the will of the people' which was originally suggested by President Benjamin Harrison in 1893.
Also, I, Amelia Gora and other family members have the 'prima facie' evidence of land ownership for lands including Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III's personal, private properties, including the Crown Lands, Government Lands, etc.

**************************** THE MASTERS OF CAPITAL by John Moody (1919) Yale University “BIBLIOGRAPHICAL NOTE The literature covering special phases of the development and growth of capitalized industry and “high finance” in the United States during the past half century is plentiful enough. Scores of volumes have been written on the Trusts, on particular industries, and special combinations of cpital. But no exhaustive study appears to have been made of the broad trend toward the concentration and control of industry and finance by Wall Street financiers, during the remarkable period culminating in the aggressive antitrust legislation afte the financial crash of 1907. Among the best popular books on the Standard Oil Trust may be mentioned: WEALTH AGAINST COMMON WEALTH by Henry Demarest Lloyd (1894); HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL TRUST, BY S.C.T. Dodd (1894); RISE AND PROGRESS OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, BY Gilbert Holland Montague (1903); HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, by Ida M. Tarbell (1904). To supplement these books, bringing the facts relating to this great business aggregation down to later dates, reference should be made to government exhibits, such as the report of the United States Industrial Commission (1900 and 1902); the testimony in the Supreme Court suit for dissolution (1910 and 1911) and the report of the “Money Trust Investigation” made by the Committee on Banking and Currency of the House of Representatives in 1913. These latter are a real mine of information regarding the activities not only of Standard Oil magnates in business and banking fields, but of others as well during the preceding decade. The story of the Morgan banking house has never been full told, though the LIFE STORY OF J.P. MORGAN, BY Carl Hovey (1911), presents a fair outline. Consult also, FORTY YEARS OF AMERICAN FINANCE, BY Alexander D. Noyes (1909) which contains interesting chapters on the government financing undertaken by the firm. The facts of Edward H. Harriman’s remarkable career can be culled only from the current financial publications of the period. Government reports, such as the testimony in the Supreme Court suit for the dissolution of the Northern Securities Company (1904) and the report of the Committee on Banking and Currency, show the general activities of the Harriman financiers and their connections with Wall Street. The rise to power of the steel and iron magnates and the growth of allied industries have been presented to the public in various forms. A valuable but biased work is the INSIDE HISTORY OF THE CARNEGIE STEEL COMPANY, BY James H. Bridge (1903). THE ROMANCE OF STEEL, BY Herbern N. Casson (1907) is a very readable story. On the specific subject of Wall Street mechanism and finance, THE WORK OF WALL STREET, BY Sereno S. Pratt (1912), ad WALL STREET AND THE COUNTRY, by Charles A. Conant (1904), will be found interesting. THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TRUSTS, by John Moody (1904), is a statistical exhibit of capitalized industry and finance as it existed at the apex of the merger movement. On the general subject of industrial trusts and combinations scores of volumes have been written, some of value and many worthless. Among the informing, popular books of the past two decades may be mentioned: THE STORY OF LIFE INSURANCE by Burton J. Hendrick (1907); TRUSTS, OR INDUSTRIAL COMBINATIONS AND COALITIONS IN THE UNITED STATES, BY Ernst von Halle (1895); CORPORATION FINANCE, by Thomas L. Greene (1908); THE CONTROL OF TRUSTS, by John B. Clark (1901); TRUST FINANCE, by Edward Sherwood Meade (1903); THE TRUST PROBLEM, by Jeremiah W. Jenks (1900); and INDUSTRIAL COMBINATIONS AND TRUSTS, by William H. Stevens (1913). But to learn the full story of the great masters of capital of the last generation, one must depend chiefly on financial and investment periodicals. Chief among these are the COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL CHRONICLE, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, and the New York JOURNAL OF COMMERCE. For purely banking subjects, the BANKERS MAGAZINE is the best source of information. Born in the Islands to American parents, Dole became the only American to become the Chief Executive of an independent foreign nation.
Dole's parents arrived in 1840 from Maine so that his father could take over the leadership of Oahu College (Punahou School). Sanford left to attend law school on the mainland, but returned to Hawai`i in1867 and established a private law practice. Dole's legal and political roles developed side by side over the next decades, a period in which Hawaii's history changed drastically.
In 1886, under the Hawaiian Kingdom, Dole was appointed to the Supreme Court as an Associate Justice. A few years later he played a prominent and active role in the overthrow of the monarchy and was then elected president of the Provisional Government in 1893. Ignoring the illegal origins of his own government, he refused President Cleveland's request that Lili`uokalani be restored to the throne. Instead, the Provisional Government declared itself the Republic of Hawai`i and in 1898 Dole went to Washington, D.C. to press for American annexation of the Islands. In 1898, Hawai`i became a United States territory and President McKinley appointed Dole first governor of the territory.
Dole retired from political leadership in 1903 but continued to work for many years as a judge and lawyer. He was a U.S. District Judge from 1903 until 1916, then pursued private practice from 1916 until his death in 1926.

Kamehameha - recognized in 1810 as a Monarchy Government, Russia also recognized the Hawaiian archipelago.
(as posted to the President Obama, I, Amelia Gora am one of his descendants/heirs through his son Kaoleioku; Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III; Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki; and Kanekapolei (daughter);
Kamehameha II - Liholiho had seven wives: Kekauluohi, Pauahi, Kinau, Kamamalu, Liliha, Kapule, and Pali. Pali was married to Antonio Silva/Silveira and had many children including our Keo/Keo Silva/Jeo/Joseph aka's. Our family descends/are heirs of Pali's oldest son.
Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III's son Opunui is our ancestor.
Kalanihelemaiiluna was the father of Abner Paki(father of Bernice Pauahi Bishop); and Kalaniulumoku (our ancestor).
Kanekapolei 2 - daughter of Kamehameha and Kanekapolei is another ancestor thru her marriage to Nuuanu from whom our genealogies were verfied by Kanai Kapeliela, State genealogist, and recognized for the Waikiki burials. Nuuanu was the nephew of Kamehameha and son-in-law. His father Mahihelelima was the kahu of three (3) wives of Kamehameha: Kaahumanu, Kaheiheimalie, and Namahana/Piia. Mahihelelima was the sibling of Kanekapolei who was married to Kalaniopuu (another ancestor of ours) and Kamehameha (our multiple lines ancestor)
When Kamehameha died in 1819, Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku and his cousin Kaahumanu were the overseers of the Hawaiian Kingdom as well as being the kahu /caretakers of Liholiho/Kamehameha II, Nahienaena, and Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku did marry Keopuolani, widow of Kamehameha and mother of the three. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku's last wife was Akahi , our ancestor.
Thru genealogies, our families (and others who can document their genealogies as well) are and remain the legal heirs, successors of the Kamehameha's and King Lunalilo because he was a younger stepsibling of the Kamehameha's; heirs of King Kalakaua thru his two children: Kaopu (k) and Kamaka (w); and heirs/descendants of Queen Liliuokalani through her "child" Abigail/Princess Poomaikelani; and hanai "Kaaumoana" aka's.
As discovered in the court case of REX VS. Booth, which explains what the Hawaiian Government is, everyone born into the bloodlines are legally part of the permanent parts of the Hawaiian Government. Part 1 - Sovereign, his heirs, Part 2 - House of Nobles - their heirs = these parts were and remain permanent parts .....the last part is Part 3 - House of Representatives, a temporary, voted in group -----this is the group that dethroned Queen Liliuokalani in 1893....

One of our family members answered the legal notice by the U.S. government and opposed Statehood - his name was Harold Abel Cathcart, a retired school principal, a Kamehameha descendant/heir - cousin of my great grandmother.
1995 - formed /reformed the Hawaiian Genealogy Society updated name: Hawaiian Genealogical Society which was started by great great grandmother Princess Poomaikelani during King Kalakaua's era.
1996 - filed a Lien on all the islands Document No. 96-177455 at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu with evidence of criminal malfeasance, genealogies, police report, etc. (281 pages)
2001 - Delivered a letter of regret to the Japanese Consulate for the criminal sinking of the EHIME MARU.
