Greetings,
Billings were sent to the entity State of Hawaii, City and County, Queen Liliuokalani Trust, the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, who conveyed lands they did not own to the U.S. Government.
Billings for rents, lease payments were sent including the seven (7) day notice from one of the 'most favored nation' status, and documented defaulted.
The current status is trespass on Private Properties of our Royal Families because these lands are alodio, alodial titles which were conveyed forever by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
The updated term for trespass is squatting.
To date, the entity State of Hawaii, City and County, Queen Liliuokalani Trust, the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/Bernice Pauahi Bisho Estates/Kamehameha Schools have failed and did not respond to legal notices sent and are in a Trespass status or squatting status.
Some of the properties were documented with the Honolulu Police Department, Public Prosecutor's office, and the Sheriff's office of the entity State of Hawaii due to Trespass or squatting.

Note: The issues of a Fraud entered in the creation of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani's 1909 Trust is part of the ongoing issues showing fraud, a "big" fraud as stated by the Public Prosecutor and Police Officer upon seeing the legal certified documents from the Bureau of Conveyances. The current Trust/Liliuokalani Trust began their operations in 1909.
The current Trust/Liliuokalani Trust an identity thieving Trust who failed to respect the denials of Queen Liliuokalani in signing a Trust Deed with them, have criminally assumed lands, assets, rents, leases, and have wrongfully invested, paid the United States for bonds, etc. See the 1988 book available at the Main Library for the financial reports in the LILIUOKALANI TRUST.
In the year 1988 alone, more than $14 million dollars was documented as having gone to the United States.
Since the creation of the illegal Trust in 1909, the United States appears to have been partaking in the criminal set up.
Calculated figures based on the 1988 figures, it appears that the United States owes the approximate amounts below:
1909 through 1987= 78 years
1988 through 2017= 29 years
Total : 107 at $14 Million dollars per year
Grand Total owed to the Real Trust: no less than $1billion 498 million dollars or

SUMMARY
The State of Hawaii, City and County, Liliuokalani Trust, Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools/KSBE defaulted by failing to answer the letters, legal notices for rents.
As landlords, Paramount titles owners, Superior title owners, we maintain land lord liens for our Private Properties, Alodio lands granted by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in the Mahele of 1848.
Our Konohiki, and Assistant Konohiki delivered the Legal Notices of billings, seven (7) day Legal Notice according to the laws of the "most favored nations".
Our Konohiki, and Assistant Konohiki once again delivered the Legal Notices noting default/failure to respond to the billings, seven (7) day Legal Notice.
Our Paramount/Superior Titles were shown to the Public Prosecutor, Police Officers, etc. The Sheriff was given a copy of a complaint for the records.
The Current Status of the State, City and County, the 1909 fraudulent Liliuokalani Trust, and the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools are Trespassing on our Alodio owners, Royal Families Private Properties and are now considered squatters for failing to respond to our legal notices and have defaulted.
Alodio/allodial titles were given to our ancestors from Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who set up a Constitutional Monarchy government.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave his subjects Alodio titles and to Aliens (foreigners) he gave Fee Simple or 30 year leases only.
In 1929, Charles T. Bailey, Commissioner of Public Lands for the Territory of Hawaii documented that one obtained "an allodial title in fee simple". Bailey maneuvered Hawaiians into thinking that allodial and fee simple were one and the same, disregarding Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's gifts to his people and limited Fee Simple lands to Aliens/foreigners/haole who could never own alodio/ allodial titles from a Constitutional Monarchy government.
Note: U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1897 and U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and Federal officials "developed" the Territory, then "Proclaimed" Hawaii to be a Territory in 1898 without legal right.

Hawaii was Never Legally Annexed by the United States.

The Secretary of State is an appropriate Representative to engage with our Royal Families who have the right of possession based on our alodio/Allodial titles, proof of ownership, etc.
We also have the right to have the trespassers, squatters remove themselves, buildings, etc. that we do not want as documented by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
A meeting with some of the members of the land owners/Alodio/Allodial, Paramount, Superior land title owners, our Royal Families, our guests, is anticipated which includes how the United States government will pay back monies which were gotten from the illegal, identity thieving 1909 Trust of Liliuokalani/ Queen Liliuokalani, etc.
The 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America is a permanent treaty of amity and friendship.
