The Kamehameha's are foremost and are the heirs ....many are also named as the hanai/keiki hanai, hanai hookama/keiki hookama, - adopted children of Kamehameha, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, and hanai with kahu/kahu hanai. The hanai/keiki hanai of genealogy lines other than Kamehameha's are the successors. They are all human beings vs. the Pretenders, entities such as the Provisional government, Republic of Hawaii, developed and proclaimed Territory, and State of Hawaii - non breathing of a alien/foreign setup a sham setup by premeditation, conspiracies, piracy(ies), pillaging, false flag, terrorist activities of a foreign nation, etc.
Bloodline First, and Hanai Hookama/Keiki Hookama then Hanai/Keiki Hanai Second and Third. Entities Have No Place at All in the Kingdom of Hawaii
The Kamehameha bloodlines are first and named heirs ..... there are two kinds of hanai/adoptions as documented by Samuel Kamakau:

She also married David Kalakaua/King David Kalakaua and had step children. Her hanai father was Kaluakini (k) the grandson of Akahi (w) who was the last wife of Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku who together with Kaahumanu, one of the widows of Kamehameha took care of the Kingdom of Hawaii and were the kahu of Liholiho/ Kamehameha II, Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III, and Nahienaena (w).
Abigail Maheha (w) - daughter of Namaile/Kalaniulumoku and Liliha (w). She was the hanai of Kekauonohi (w) who married Kamehameha II - Liholiho; Kealiiahonui (k); Charles Kanaina (k); and Levi Haalelea (k).
Paalua (k) - he was the oldest son of Mataio Kekuanaoa and first wife Kalehua/Kauhi (w). He was also the hanai of Akahi (w), Pomaikelani, and who was the last wife of Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku who married Kiliwehi (w); Kuwahine (w); Keopuolani (w) the widow of Kamehameha.
Keohokalole (w) - she was the wife of Caesar Kapaakea. She was a member of the House of Nobles. Her hanai mother was Nahuina (w) great grandaughter of Kamehameha, the daughter of Kapule (k) and Kini (w), children of Hanuna (k), son of Kaoleioku, the oldest son of Kamehameha.
Abigail Maikai/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani (w) the daughter of Kuhio (k) and Kinoiki (w) the daughter of Kaumualii of Kauai. She was the hanai of Kaikaina/ Kaikainalii who was married to Kalaniulumoku, Abner Paki, and Ulualoha/Kealoha. She was also the hanai of Kalola (w) daughter of Kalaniulumoku, who married Kaaha, who was the kahu/caretaker of Kamamalu the wife of Liholiho/Kamehameha II. Kalola (w) married Luluhiwalani, son of Keoua, the brother of Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku, and was a grandson of Kalaniopuu. She was also a hanai of Kuanohua (w) and Moehonua (k) the kahu/caretaker of Kamehameha II - Liholiho. Her siblings included Bernice Pauahi who married Charles Reed Bishop.
Kepookalani (w) - was the hanai of Kaikainalii and Ulualoha/Kealoha. She was the hanai sister of Abigail Maikai/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani (w). Kaikaina/ Kaikainalii was married to Kalaniulumoku, Abner Paki then Ulualoha/Kealoha. Her siblings included Bernice Pauahi who married Charles Reed Bishop.
Kapehe (w) - was the daughter of Keaka (w) and Koko (k). Her grandparents were Kealiiokamoku (k) and Keolewa (w). She was the hanai daughter of John Ii and his first wife Sarai Hiwauli/Salai Hiwauli (w).
Kaluakini (k) - he was the grandson of Kikau and Akahi (w) who was the last wife of
Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku who married Kiliwehi (w); Kuwahine (w); Keopuolani (w) the widow of Kamehameha. He was the hanai of Akahi (w), Kahope (k) et. als.
Opunui (k) - he was the son of Kekualoa and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. He was the hanai of Keawe (k) and Pauahi (w)/Bernice Pauahi (w).
The hanai hookama/keiki hookama were:

2) Hueu Davis (w)

The significant parts of their genealogies are that they were the descendants of the father of Kamehameha named Keouakupuapaikalaninui.
Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV was a Kamehameha and designated successor of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, Peke Davis were from the sibling of Kamehameha named Keliimaikai/Kealiimaikai. After their father Isaac Davis was murdered, their grandfather John Young/Olohana and Kamehameha adopted them. Their mother was Grace Kamaikui.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli also adopted the three: Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.
Moses Kaikioewa (k) - son of Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kinau. He was also the hanai of Kaikioewa (k) Governor of Kauai.
David Kamehameha (k) - son of Mataio Kekuanao and Kinau. He was also the hanai of Kaahumanu (w) one of the wives of Kamehameha.
Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V - son of Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kinau (w). He was the hanai of Kinimaka (k) and wife.
There are many Kamehameha's who are the heirs, and the stepchildren from Kalaniopuu, and Kaumualii. The stepchildren with the hanai hookama became "successors". Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho and others were both heir(s) and successor(s.).
Kahu hanai - Caretaker's hanai:
Liholiho/Kamehameha II - He was the son of Kamehameha and Keopuolani (w). Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku and Kaahumanu the widow of Kamehameha were his Kahu hanai. They were also his step-parents. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku was married to Keopuolani the widow of Kamehameha named Keopuolani, his true mother.
Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III - He was the son of Kamehameha and Keopuolani (w). Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku and Kaahumanu the widow of Kamehameha were his Kahu hanai. They were also his step-parents. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku was married to Keopuolani the widow of Kamehameha named Keopuolani, his true mother.
Nahienaena - She was the daughter of Kamehameha and Keopuolani (w). Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku and Kaahumanu the widow of Kamehameha were her Kahu hanai. They were also her step-parents. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku was married to Keopuolani the widow of Kamehameha named Keopuolani, her true mother.
Victoria Kamamalu - She was the daughter of Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kinau (w). John Ii and his first wife Sarai/Salai Hiwauli were her kahu hanai.
Kanakaole - He was the son of Kinau (k) and Wahinepio (w). Haupu/Kahekili and wife Kaua (w) were his kahu hanai.
Maulili - He was the son of Kinau (k) and Wahinepio (w). Haupu/Kahekili and wife Kaua (w) were his kahu hanai.
Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V - He was the son of Kekuanaoa (k) and Kinau (w), Kinimaka (k) and his wife were his kahu hanai.
Opunui (k) - son of Kekualoa (w) and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Paalua (k) and his wife were his kahu hanai.
Kekipi (k) - son of Kekualoa (w) and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Paalua (k) and his wife were his kahu hanai.
Mahoe (w) - daughter of son of Kekualoa (w) and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Paalua (k) and his wife were his kahu hanai.
Kahalaoa - child of Kekualoa (w) and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Paalua (k) and his wife was the kahu hanai.
Keawe - son of Kekualoa (w) and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Paalua (k) and his wife were his kahu hanai.
Nalimu (w) - daughter of Kekualoa (w) and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Paalua (k) and his wife were his kahu hanai.
Note: The heirs and successors of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli had the bloodlines of his father, were stepchildren, or hanai/keiki hanai or keiki hookama/keiki who inherited sovereignty.

In the case of PA PELEKANE (1912) the Territory turned State of Hawaii through the Attorney General documented that the "Territory" is the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii". ...Identity theft documented.
Note: Queen Liliuokalani said that the Provisional government was an entity. It turned into another entity Republic of Hawaii with Oppositions to annexation by Queen Liliuokalani and her subjects = about 40,000.
* U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani before President McKinley went into office.
the New President McKinley had the Army, Navy and Federal officials "develop" the Territory, another entity.
U.S. President McKinley directed by Proclamation the entity Territory.
"HAWAII REPORTS, Volume 11 - IN RE AH HO, et. al. shows on page 665 "In the exercise of the power conferred by the first of these two provisions, the President of the United States, on August 12, 1898, directed by proclamation, that "the civil, judicial and military powers in question shall be exercised by the officers of the Republic of Hawaii, as it existed just prior to the transfer of sovereignty, subject to his power to remove such officers and to fil vacancies," and after reiterating the second of these and other provisions of the Resolution, further directed that, "under these various provisions, the Government of the islands will proceed without interruption." The intention of Congress was to continue the existing government of the islands in operation without interruption, except in so far as it might be inconsistent with the Constitution or treaties of the United States or with the terms of the Resolution. The Territory became the State of Hawaii, another entity, through the Executive Order by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Opposition was documented by one of Kamehameha's descendants named Harold Abel Cathcart, He was a cousin of my great grandmother Mele Keawe/Kauweloa.
'Opposition was documented so Sovereignty shall be' said my paralegal instructor who was a State Prosecutor, turned Judge named Randall Lee.
The opposition by a Kamehameha legally negated Statehood, negated the State an entity which was "developed" and put together, 'proclaimed' by a U.S. President McKinley even after U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani.
The Kamehameha's were and continue to maintain that the Kingdom of Hawaii exists.
The Kamehameha Dynasty continued because Keohokalole, mother of David Kalakaua, Liliuokalani, Miriam Likelike, Leleiohoku, was adopted by a Kamehameha named Nahuina....she was the daughter of Kapule son of Hanuna, one of the four (4) children of Kaoleioku the Oldest Son of Kamehameha and Kanekapolei. He was the sibling of Kiwalao, Keoua Ahuula, Keoua Peeale, et. als. and all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/hanai hookama.
The entity State and its cabal remain an illegal entity, a documented Pirate etc. amidst the Kamehameha's.
We have the right as a Sovereign nation to expel the aliens who infiltrated a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation with Treaties in place.
