Aloha at HART-
Would you be so kind to inform the new leader of HART- Mr. Robbins-  
--This youtube video link pasted below of Mr. Robbins in action- -  please share with him-  -  and my point is - I do not have his email address to forward this communication to him myself.  So your assistance and cooperation is appreciated.  
Would you email me back you got this email to him to confirm my inquiries were duly received?  Mahalo in advance.
HERE is MY PLAN of action-  to simply take as little time as possible to help educate folks that we have is a dishonest HART BOARD from day one-  and is Mr. Robbins going to fix it by telling the truth from herein?  Hope my two minute testimony can get across all this below.  So please send to all involved that should be in the loop / advance of meeting - what to expect from my testimony-  mahalo. 
I am going to come to a HART Board Meeting and bring up this tape-  this video-  and wanted to know if he, Mr. Robbins wanted to discuss beforehand any of the questions I will be asking the Board /HART members ----that I will be asking-  that Mr. Robbins, during the meeting---that he answer my question posed at the end of this email that is highlighted in yellow.   
Has Mr. Robbins changed his definition of deceitful and acting in bad faith-  ????  
For here in this video-  he calls out "our legal system" (my quote) as what I would term, "corrupt as hell." He didn't say those words-  but boy, his testimony about this HART BOARD in action is certainly worth watching----  GOTCHA!!!!  Yeah, that's right, his words were- "gotcha" regarding the process - wow.   
Please do share this with him- Mr Robbins-  for my one question to him at the meeting after talking about his standard of ethics per his testimony given to the Honolulu City Council back in 2011 is-  after watching the video of  Mr. Robbins entitled-  "HONOLULU RAIL CAR CONTRACT A DISGRACE," ----the video link is pasted below----
Here is the question-  let's see if Mr. Robbins recalls- 
"ON WHAT DATE, DID THE FFGA CONTRACT include the requisite /rule Honolulu was locked in to a steel wheel rail system and not permitted to petition congress and ask for a waiver to amend the scope of contract /  to get a waiver to any penalty in the FFGA to include a change of scope to a Urban Maglev System to save money-  on what date did the FTA say to Honolulu, 'You cannot save money-  you cannot propose any new plan to save money and amend the contract from the third rail electrification requisite per the ROD to a third rail maglev system-  you can have nothing but steel wheel rail operate on that elevated structure?'"  
On what date Mr. Robbins-  did the FTA make this decision- lock us into steel wheel?  Per my research-  FFGA contract says the answer is :  ON THE DATE THE GRANTEE SIGNS THE CONTRACT-  that is the date the grantee was locked into a steel wheel project-  and not a day before.  That date was December 18, 2012. 
 
So I want you to please Mr. Robbins watch Councilman Anderson's two-minute characterization of the FFGA one year before we signed anything-  in your opinion, is Councilman Anderson misrepresenting the contract in his speech here-  saying these things back in 2011-  some 13 months before congress and the FTA say we were locked in to steel wheel-   when we signed the FFGA ---13 months later?  :
I hope Mr. Robbins you are a man of integrity, and ethics is in your blood-  and you respond to this-  for this FFGA project, has been misrepresented and misrepresented to the voters-  we were disenfranchised and I am going to ask you if you are a man of integrity- or if you want to be known as one who too, are playing the game- and doing so with our money- acting in bad faith.  
We have a right to a hearing on MAGLEV technology, period- the FTA says so- the rules of Congress says so- FFGA Administrative Guidelines says so.  
So are you going to squash the truth too from coming out?   Mr. Grabauskas and deputy Morioka and all of HART Board from past to this day-  has/had refused to answer the question.   Will you please tell the truth and just answer, please....
