This is a notice that the billing dated January 31, 2017 and delivered in person by landowner Calvin Santos and myself Amelia Gora, was also posted on the internet as a Legal Notice, a public notice.

 

On May 11, 2017 the billing/notice to vacate the premises for non-payment of rents was sent to the AlohaCouncilBSA@scouting.org et.als.

 

Upon visiting the Nuuanu land properties belonging to Kaaa, et. als. again on May 19, 2017, a visit with the Boy Scouts of America - Aloha Council, Scout Executive/CEO Jeff Sulzbach resulted in his denial of receiving the first billing which was delivered in January.

 

Jeff Sulzbach also denied receiving the e-mail that was sent to AlohaCouncilBSA@scouting.org and gave me his business card with the e-mail address of Jeff.Sulzbach@Couting.org

 

The AlohaCouncilBSA@scouting.org is the address shown on the Boy Scouts of America - Aloha Council website

The notice to vacate was posted as a legal notice and the Boy Scouts of America - Aloha Council defaulted and failed to respond.

 

A visit, and verbal notice to Jeff Sulzbach was made giving an additional time/ 7 day notice which makes the response time moved to Friday,  May 26, 2017.

 

The response expected is the rent payment or to vacate the premises which may include the removal of the buildings.

 

The response time is based on the Kingdom of Hawaii having a most favored nation status along with the United States, France, England, etc.

This is a reminder that rents are past due and this is a seven day notice to vacate the premises.

 

The time given is for the purposes of removing your items, and your buildings.

 

Under the laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii, when the landowners don't want the buildings there, it may be removed.

 

The following email/ attachment is a reminder of the previous notice sent four (4) months ago.

 

The seventh day is moved to Friday, May 26, 2017,  There shall be no further extensions in time.

 

We have the prima facie evidence of ownership to the lands belonging to our families.

This property is one of the private properties of our Royal Families.

 

It is the home site private property of the Royal Families.

 

We will be occupying our land lot on Saturday, May 27, 2017 or sooner based on case precedence showing that we have the Superior titles, the Paramount titles to the properties of Kaaa, et. als.

Our names are Calvin Santos, John Gora, and Amelia Gora,  Royal Family members of the Kingdom of Hawaii with Superior titles, Alodio/Ano Alodio Titles.

 

Alodio/Ano Alodio lands are our legal claims.  We have the Superior titles to the lands of Kaaa, et. Als.

 

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli our ancestor did ratify the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America.

 

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli did convey to his families, kanaka maoli Alodio titles and to Aliens /foreigners he conveyed Fee Simple lands, less than Alodio or life estates/interest. (see attached speech of Kamehameha III- Kauikeaouli – 1851).

 

Alodio/Ano Alodio lands were given to Kamehameha III- Kauikeaouli’s kanaka maoli and Fee Simple, less than alodio or 30 year leases were given to Aliens/foreigners.

 

 

The following alodio/ano alodio  property that the Boy Scouts sit on belongs to our Royal Families.

 

The back rent amount of $1,000,000 per year is owed.

 

The current  rent  is $50,000 per month for the portion that the Boy Scouts of America use in Nuuanu Valley, Oahu, Kingdom of Hawaii.

 

The Date Due is the first of each month.

 

The Rent may be either at the P.O. Box below or Deposited with the Hawaiian Telephone  Credit Union under Amelia Gora, Representative for our Royal Families which includes Calvin Santos, and John Gora as Representatives for Kaaa, et. Als.
