The documented claim by the Territory which became/evolved into the State of Hawaii to be the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" is a Fraud, a deception, Criminal Conversion because of Identity Theft of Our Nation. The State of Hawaii is an entity which has been riding on our families and have caused injuries, War Crimes, Genocide, etc. The State of Hawaii is an entity, a non living, breathing without DNA/genes and are not related to the Royal Families. Their criminal claims have been used to assume assets, lands, mineral rights, etc. without granted authority, jurisdiction, and a planned deception with those who premeditated the criminal dethronement of our Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and have criminally assumed our Treasuries/trusts which includes the Kingdom of Hawaii Trust Funds. Evidence of this is by a recently arrested kanaka maoli who paid his bond of $350 and the Judge determined that the bail money should be returned. The money was returned via a check from 'The Kingdom of Hawaii Trust Funds'. Important to note that the Royal Families exists, members who are parts of the "Hawaiian Government" a Constitutional Monarchy government with two (2) permanent parts of the government 1) Sovereign - his heirs and successors (all related); and the House of Nobles - their heirs and successors.
